I don’t usually write reviews. But this time I will.
I have stopped in to Hampton Navigation a few time to ask for some work to be done on my boat over a 3 year period. And every time I get the same LACK OF SERVICE. I have called several times with no return call back. I wait a few days and call again to see if I can get my work done and no one will answer the phone. I understand companies are busy. But if your in the service business at least have the common courtesy to return a call back with some information. I give Hampton Navigation 1 out of 5 stairs only because I have to.
