Hate the wait. But then again all PP has a long wait. Midwife is very informative. Doesn’t rush through things. MA is very kind. The place is pretty clean. Think the front desk can take a class on social skills. I’ve worked the front desk so I know how stressful it is. But you never show annoyance. Never. For whatever reason. And I’ve had charts thrown to the floor. Other than long wait time, it’s ok.
