GREAT JOB!!! I would highly recommend the crew from Enviroclean. Professional, courteous, on time, NICE! I liked the customer service from the beginning. Actually had a live person answer my call (you don’t get that much anymore), scheduled for Jeremy to come to the house to give an estimate. He was on time, gave us an estimate and explained the cleaning process for our various types of carpeting. We were only getting the bedrooms done but after talking to Jeremy we decided to have the whole house done! Today Derek and Anthony arrived on time, very courteous, nice (love the white shirt/​black tie) and they did a fantastic job. It’s very refreshing to have this type of customer service!

Anthony and Derrick recently cleaned our entire home and the work was as great as promised. Stains were removed and have stayed removed. They were very efficient and there was no stinky chemical smell lingering in the air after they left. Carpets dried quickly and we are very happy with the service

Used them at my business and they were so great I then used them at my home. Anthony and Derek did a wonderful job and they were very knowledgeable and professional. There was a small error on my billing that I never noticed and the only way I found out was when I received a check and a gift card for my next service. I highly recommend Enviroclean of Illinois and will use them to clean my carpets in the spring.

Well, after a thorough demo at our home, being super impressed with their customer service and based on your recommendations we decided to hire Enviroclean (currently out of Gilberts though moving shortly to Huntley) and couldn’t be more satisfied! They take a healthy «biological enzyme» approach to cleaning carpets as opposed to using harsh chemical agents and «short lived» brighteners and did an amazing job with our carpets including our toughest spots that I though could never be fully cleaned and restored. Our carpets literally look «brand new» and I highly recommend this company to anyone considering getting their carpets cleaned! Also kudos to Anthony who was responsible for our cleaning as he showed amazing dedication and commitment to his job and to his customers complete satisfaction!

Pleasantly surprised! I’ve dealt with carpet cleaners at home and with work and this is the first company I’d recommend. Also, they seem to be committed to courtesy. My two techs were Derek and Anthony. I was impressed with how professional they looked and acted throughout the service. Additionally they were very gentle with moving around my personal items. It is a great thing when people exceed my expectations given I’m so picky at times. Will use them again for sure!

Chris and Chris were incredible. They knocked it out of the park with customer service and results. They were prompt, professional and all around fantastic. The carpets look amazing. They explained every step of the process. They were respectful of my home and furniture. They even offered to help me carry shopping bags in the house (with two small kids, this was especially appreciated!). I will definitely be calling them again. I received a referral for Enviroclean from my mom and she was right on all counts. Worth every penny!

Beyond pleased with how my carpet and wood floors turned out :) decided to do some last minute floor cleaning so I called on Friday they came out on Tuesday did everything on Thursday. From start to finish this experience was great for a first timer with Enviroclean. Thanks Jeremy, Chris and George for great customer service.

Wouldn’t use anyone else. They come and clean and the carpets STAY clean. No residue and they leave no trace when they depart. Great customer service. No… excellent!

I have used Enviroclean for over a year now and have been very impressed with their work and customer service. Jeremy has always been our tech and is intelligent, courteous & professional. Most importantly, he has a keen ability to spot the areas my dogs fail to confess about!
I also receive a discount for having them over every couple of months or so. Love that! Definitely recommend having them clean your carpets & upholstery.
