I’ve lived in Huntsville about a year now and had yet to visit chilis even though it’s right across the highway from me being that I have three small kids and it’s hard to get them out. My son has been begging to try the molten lava cake though (saw a picture somewhere) so today I relented and took all three small kids. There was a small mix up that resulted in us being seated a little late-​no big deal, but management went above and beyond to make up for it. Our waitress, mikaela, was very sweet and the molten lava cake did not let my four year old down. We will most certainly be back again. Thanks for the excellent service.

Not the best chills by far. There’s like a total of 8 tables here and it’s still takes an unruly time to get the food. Everything on the menu has changed which is depressing. The service is so bad. And the food is just gross. Never again.

I guess when you order food to go they forget everything and throw it inside like a sloppy mess. This is by far the worst chillis I’ve ever been to. I’ll never go back

The food was okay. The service was horrible. When I walked in with my boyfriend we were seated at a small table. The waiter took 20 mins to ask if we wanted water. Then from nowhere roaches came from everywhere. It was so bad we had to change tables.

Food was okay. Place is really clean and our server was super attentive. Not sure how I feel about the new iPad system on the table. It was convenient and quick to check out. It even prints you out a receipt. However, I was kind of grossed out by all the fingerprint smudges on the screen. Maybe they should provide wipes to clean the screen between customers.
