My son moved in as a Sophomore August 2015, and so far he’s had no issues with the place. In fact he really likes it. They did a great job of matching him with roommates that are all descent young men. The grounds are always clean and well kept whenever I’ve visited. We will be renewing for his Junior year.

Be very careful if you decide to move into this student housing. When you decide to move they charge for misc items: like trash bags, new carpet, new paint, new doors to name a few. Nice housing, but the management needs a profit center to charge students and their parents!!! Really? They seem to think the students have no money issues and take advantage… Soo sad my understanding with old management it was much different.

Worst place to live! All it is, is a place to go party by the pool! Management is absolutely horrible! I have lived there since they opened and the old manager was wonderful, but since he left the villas went so far downhill! For example, during finals week they would host events for stress relievers. Today– they scheduled a cinco de mayo party with a dj! That sounds like a great idea, except for the fact that it’s a Monday and it’s the beginning of finals week! And when they have parties like this beware of all the drunks speeding through– my car has even been hit before! Also, don’t get comfortable parking close to your house if you live near the front of the complex bc so many people who are not residents park wherever they want, so be ready to hike to your house! If you ever want to speak to the manager, Kayla, good luck! She will only take appointments, or pretend she is busy, to avoid talking to people! She is completely unprofessional! I have never been so upset with a place before, and I have never heard of so many other people hating one place! I you ask around, other people will agree that the villas is the worst place to live!
