Certainly a below par Hampton Inn. In the room not all the amenities were set. The jacuzzi tub in the suite rented did not function.
free WiFi is standard in Hampton inns but at this location the signal is very weak in our room on second floor.
the desk clerk is lost. when she was actually at the desk she was short with customers. the balance to the time she seemed to spend smoking and playing on her smart phone. I saw three guest have to wait and one even had to raise his voice to get her attention.
past visits to the area we spent at the one on 1 prime place… much better experience there

Clean and comfortable. Great service and the pool was well-kept, even with pool toys for kids. Next door to Fat Patty’s restaurant. Good place for a one-night stopover on I-64.

Having real issues with their pool. If you are going to take the kids, don’t count on the pool being clean. YUCK it was GREEN last weekend (8÷5÷12−8÷6÷12)

THIS HOTEL IS NOT CLOSED!
I have stayed at it twice in the last year (last May and this May) and both times the room was clean, the staff friendly, and the free breakfast adequate. The free wi-fi (that I’m using now!) is also a nice perk. It is conveniently located right off the highway, next to a gas station for your fill in the morning, and near to several restaurants. (Check out my review of Taste of Asia!)
It’s probably not the cheapest hotel you’ll find in the area but you can be sure you’ll get the Hilton quality.
