Jack Keeler, the owner, is the rudest man! I wouldn’t wish anyone to even talk to him.

Worst experience ever! They called my sister and I both liars and cheats. The manager (I am assuming since no one else tried to settle things) accused my sister of trying to get her money back! All she wanted was a prescription that was actually correct.
We asked for the money back AFTER he said that our visit was just a plot to get a refund. He raised his voice and threw attitude to both of us in front of her 3 year old son. I’ve worked on costumer service for a total of 9 years and would NEVER raise my voice to a customer.
Yes my sister starting saying the F word and that’s not ok but he should’ve handled the situation in a much more professional manner instead of yelling back.
We had to go to the optical place in Walmart to have ANOTHER exam done in order for them to even consider the fact that they were incorrect regarding her prescription.
I was considering going there for some new contacts but now… I’ll never set foot in an Eyecrafters again.
