Party City

Found most of what I needed;) bought a piñata here for daughters 5^th birthday party, dinosaur piñata. Only two little girls got to hit the dern thing and it fell apart:/ paid $ 20 for this thing:/ go somewhere else please! What a disappoint!

I had the worst experience in a retail store at this party city. I had an issue with a costume i ordered for my Son. it didn’t fit my kid. I went in to the store with the intention to get a bigger one for my Son. The store manager named T was incredibly rude to me in front of my Son and my niece. I had to tell them to walk away so they didn’t have to see or listen to this awful man talking to me that way. This man was very argumentative slamming the costume back in the bag. Then he didn’t want to help me out i was going to try to get a new costume for my Son but he was so rude i didn’t want to spend my hard earned money at this store. Then he gave me a hard time about refunding my money. I paid $ 37.88 for this costume i tried to give me 22 dollars tried to tell me the other money was for the shipping cost. I had free shipping because of a promo code. In the end he refunded the full amount. Myself and my friends and family will NEVER shop there EVER again.

Very unprofessional management!! Needed a price check on a small toy. Cashier asked the manager for price check. She walked off and went in her own little world. She stopped to chat and came back to the registers only to chat up another cashier/​customer. My cashier tried to ask her for the price again and the manager held her finger up to her and said «you need to wait» my husband finally walked back to the aisle to grab the tag to get the price and the manager didn’t give two shits what was going on. Now I know why there weren’t many customers in that store.

I’ve ordered balloons from this Party City multiple times now and have nothing but great experiences! They always have my order correct and on time :)
