Great staff. Easy location inside the mall. That also usually means a pretty decent line. Standard Starbucks wait.

As I was picking out an item in the glass cooler I see a needle (syringe) sitting very close to where they make the drinks. I’m in the medical field and I am pretty sure this is a HIPPA violation… Not very sanitary to say the least. If a worker needs meds then that person should put the meds up away from food and drink items…

Horrible they took my order a black tea with half and half no water the guy had already charged 4.98 for and for that drink has never been more than 3.82 for then preceded to take my money and one of the lady’s working there asked if a already payed because they didn’t have anymore black tea they didn’t tell me that they just decided to give me half and half with no tea and hoped I didn’t notice I asked because that half and half didn’t taste like my drink and asked if they could put more tea in it and less half and half but then told me they were out of tea and didn’t really care about trying to fix it.

Let me start by saying that my daughter works for Starbucks and I am very familiar with it. The partners are really rude and it took me literally 30 minutes to get ice water, which I was charged for. Never ever been charged for water at Starbucks.

Love Starbucks (doesn’t everyone) but I’ve had a couple bad experiences at this location. I was at the mall and craved Starbucks, it was 8:50, yes I’m aware the mall closes at 9, 10 minutes so I’m still good. Go up to the counter, the guy says to me «hey can you stand over here so no one else comes in line? We close in 10 minutes» then I go to pay for my drink, he gave it to me for free because they already shut the register down. Weird. The next time I was at the mall I wanted a Starbucks again, and to get my daughter a treat, walk up to the line, the woman behind the counter said «sorry our machines are down we are not taking orders» but why was there no sign or anything telling me this? I understand things happen but I just felt like it was very unprofessional. If the machines go down during regular store hours they should order some type of compensation or something. Good thing there is a Starbucks outside the mall that I can go if I’m at the mall and I’m craving!

All star staff!!! I haven’t met a single unfriendly person here. As a mall employee I’m constantly running over for coffee and they always either know what I want or at least greet me in a great way.
I’m not crazy about the manager of this location, even though I’m there at least 2x a day, 5 days out of the week, she acts like she doesn’t recognize me which is an experience I’ve never had at any other Starbucks. It’s very weird.
I’ve also never had a bad drink at this location! They’re very quick since they constantly have super long mall rat lines, but the drinks are still prepared perfectly. If I ever leave this mall, I will probably miss them the most. They even know my dogs name!

Starbucks coffee is not the best coffee ever. What keeps me going back are the amazing baristas like Hunter. A couple of days ago they messed up my drink and when I called to let them know they told me to just go back and show my receipt in order to get a replacement drink. When I went back today the girl running the reg wasn’t rude but said she had to check with her lead which was Hunter.
I couldn’t remember who I talked to and it wasn’t really a big deal if he had said no because I go so much that I had a free drink reward but he gave me my drink. No attitude or questioning or ok just this once sort of speeches. It was great customer service and honestly that’s the only thing that keeps me going to the Bucks.
