If you’re looking for a cheap complex that doesn’t care about their tenants, this is the place for you. I personally wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy live in this complex! We found black mold in our apartment (in three different places) and the lady in the office told me «it wasn’t a big deal and it could wait until Monday» — we called on a Saturday morning. Totally unacceptable to tell a tenant to live with black mold «for a few more days». The office staff is rude and refuses to answer their phone in the office half the time. The maintenance staff is lazy and half asses their work so you have to call them out more than once for a single job. We have had an exterminator come out at least four times since we moved in because roaches are horrible. I can’t wait to get out of this place!!!
