Victoria’s Secret

I love Victoria’s Secret. I hate this location. The service is ALWAYS terribly rude, and inconsiderate. I have no idea who hires the women that work here, because they are the woman that would not get hired to work customer service ANYWHERE else. Be prepared to get looked down upon during the following events, and expect a condescending and outright rude remark: making a return, using any form of coupon for a free item, asking any questions, asking the location of a specific item, returning a damaged item you ordered online, or returning a damaged item you received as a gift. I have always provided all receipts, and they still look at me like I am some form of criminal for returning a product I just decided I did not want. In the past 8 years of shopping at VS I have returned 3 items. 2 of these items were damaged. They cannot figure out what they are trying to do, and be prepared to have them make 5 copies of your drivers license, even though you are returning something you purchased with your VS credit card, so they already have all of your information. I am a very frequent shopper. I go at least 30 times in a year, and spend a fair amount of money on each trip. I love Victoria’s Secret, I HATE this Victoria’s Secret. The women that work here speak little English and are UNBEARABLE. Will never make a purchase from this location again, no matter how convenient.

Love shopping in this store got my first credit card from this store ! Elizabeth is the lady who helped me this time and she’s so sweet !! I recommend this store for good customer service :)

First impressions are lasting ones.
Now, I love Victoria Secret & I am very big on customer service. However, at this location, I had completely walked through both sides of Victoria Secret before an associate greeted me & asked me if I needed any assistance. I worked at Express many many moons ago & greeting the customer upon entry was a must. I counted the associates that I passed, & I passed 4 young ladies before someone greeted me. The only reason why I gave them two stars was because someone finally asked me if I needed some assistance. I will DEFINITELY not be coming back to this location in the future unless I just have no choice.

I have not been back to this location in YEARS because of a terribly annoying employee who I should have immediately complained on to the manager while I was still there.
I walked in and this employee kept pushing to help me. She continued to ask if I needed anything when I had already said I was just browsing. When I attempted to walk further into the store and get away from her, she blocked me so she could continue to ask me questions! She was overly aggressive and yes I should have asked for a manager and had this employee dealt with right away!
Corporate will not do anything and apologize or call you to find out what really happened.
I am disappointed lately in their products anyways but will have to shop with the company until I use up my gift cards.
In general, the company has made their sizes about a size smaller than they were two years ago and their products are not as good or well made as they used to be. I suggest finding another store to go to for your lingerie needs!!!

I appreciate being acknowledged when entering a store, but these girls take it to a whole new level. Can’t a gal browse undies without bring bombarded by every employee on the floor?! A simple, «hello» will do… showing me your bra strap and telling me how great the racerbacks are after I’ve already politely said, «I’m just browsing» is, in my opinion, over the top.
On the other hand the store is clean and orderly with decent amount of merchandise, which I do like.
I suggest you prepare to chat away with every employee if you choose this location for shopping.
