My parents seem to love Arbys, so we end up there more often than not when we need a quick bite on a weekend. The restaurant wasn’t busy at ALL at 6PM on Friday night… that should have been a clue. I remember when you used to get HOT french fries and HOT food. The fries were COLD, despite having waited around 5 minutes for our order. When I took them to be replaced, I watched as the on duty manager simply dumped them out, and scooped fries out of the bin. These were tepid as well. I’m sure it was the same batch that had been cooked much earlier. I didn’t think it was very clean; a large spill remained on the counter near the soda machine, and tables were dirty throughout our visit. This will probably be my last visit to Arby’s, even if Mom is buying.

Despite other posts where I bag on fast-food establishments. I have 2 exceptions– Arby’s and Taco Bell. That said, I always get exactly the same thing because I read somewhere that it wasn’t as unhealthy as all the others, and its dirt cheap. Here it’s the Jr. Roast Beef without cheese and lots of Arbys BBQ sauce. I usually run through the drive-thru because I’m busy doing something if I go here, but today we had time, so we went inside. Well they were way understaffed and the cashier was having a melt-down. I guess the holiday shopping crowd was too much for them!
