First off, I have to admit my bias that I hate travel agents. I wasn’t the captain of this trip though, so I had to go with the flow. We used Judy. I’m not sure why one trip generated so much paper, but we must’ve killed a tree by the time all 13 of us were booked. The communications from her were frequent enough to feel harassing, yet when I needed to talk to her, she wouldn’t return my calls. I was most displeased that she told me I would have enough time to get my passport back after changing my name… we made it by 4 harrowing days, and she should’ve known that the name change process would’ve taken longer. In the end, I felt we probably could’ve done it cheaper on our own, and would’ve found something more our style instead of the resort we went to. And I would’ve got to keep the Airline miles for myself!
