Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Cleanliness is aweful. Customer service when going through drive thru us the worst. I will travel to all surrounding cities of I want McDonald’s because I’m so disgusted when I have ordered here. The oweners need to spend some money to make some money.

I have yet to be disappointed by our little hometown McDonalds! We stopped by before softball practice during the 6pm rush tonight and Jason was very friendly when he took my order and payment through the drive through. Another plus our burgers were very neatly put together. Great job Hutto McDonald’s!

Decided to add an update to my review. It seem management has decided to make an effort to improve things. Drive thru is pretty quick and the staff always has a smile on their face. Keep up the improvements.

This… is…the…slowest…mc…donalds…ever!!! Seriously! I cannot understand why it takes five years to get through the drive thru. Even when you are the only car there it still crawls. I’ve never experienced such slow service at any other fast food chain. Come on people!

They can not handle breakfast and dinner at the same time. They messed up the order had them redo it while at the window even during rush hour at 2030 and backed up in the drive through. They run out of the apple pies and all this is twice in a row.

Worst fast food joint I have ever been to.
Beware when you go through the drive through, the women like to talk about you in Spanish! Little did they know, I’m Hispanic & very fluent in Spanish. I went through the drive thru, only had a debit card, & the first thing the lady tells me when I pull up is «we are only taking cash» so I asked why, & she stated our credit card machine is not working. Then in the background I could hear a lady say in Spanish «tell them to wait 10 minutes, I can fix it» then the lady said no it’s okay. I then replied back in Spanish, «yes we will wait 10 minutes.» It completely shut them up. The young woman who didn’t want to serve us was hiding somewhere. I was so disappointed. All we ordered was FRENCH FRIES. I would understand an order of 15+ burgers but just French fries & she was dreading to serve us? Ridiculous.

Yeah, a four star review. Why? Because it’s McDonald’s. You order a double cheeseburger, a quarter pounder, chicken mcnuggets, or whatever. And they’re just as good as any other McDonald’s. If you don’t like em, don’t come. But if you grew up in the 80’s, you know McDonald’s is freakin McDonald’s. The fries are the best. The cokes are awesome. Nothing here is groundbreaking, but it’s McDonald’s. So, if you have to look at a review to decide whether or not you are going to go to a McDonald’s, then you are either not a sane person or you are 16.

I agree with other reviewers in that this must be the worst McDonalds in Texas. While the staff is friendly, where are the brand standards? Free wifi is terrible and I got ‘extras’ with my spicy McChicken sandwiches… gristle and pieces that shouldn’t be there. I understand this was a ‘value meal’ item but REALLY?
I live close by but won’t be back. This is another shining example of a corporation that has lost site of its customers… just like DQ. There are way too many other and MUCH better choices.

This has got to be the worst McDonald’s I have experienced. They messed my order up four out of my last five trips there. If you go through the drive through, make sure to triple check your order. I’ve had to drive all the way back on multiple occasions because they forgot one or more of the main courses. Ridiculous.

This McDonald’s is by far the worst. I usually refused to go here based off past experiences but my kids wanted it so we tried yet again. Not at all to my surprise, our food was nasty. Cold hard fries, missing food from our order, no sauces as we requested and conveniently they didn’t give us our receipt. So we call the manager who was not at all concerned nor seemed to care. Everyone in Hutto talks about how awful this McDonald’s is, the service and quality here. You would think they would improve as the reputation is horrible ad they yet again proved that to be the truth. There are plenty of other options to eat at and spend your money in a good way. I would recommend you don’t go here.

This by far one of THE WORST McDonald’s.
Every time I go there they are always making mistakes on my orders! it never fails. I can’t even count how many times I had to go back because my order was incorrect or fries being cold.
I placed my order and pulled up ., one of the staff Aidan was eating a sausage burrito right in front the drive thru window! Was he on the clock or on a break? Either way… That was very unprofessional. He walked away and the other cashier took over and started taking other orders while I still waiting to pay then Aidan and the other cashier was laughing at me «saying look at this woman staring at you. to take her money’.
I rather drive a few miles to go to the other location on round rock for better service. No wonder this locations sucks bunch of children that works there… goofing around, and eating burritos all day, make fun of the customers waiting.

This place can never, ever get your order right. And not only not get it right, but every time I have gone through there they have forgotten part of my order. EVERY time! And they get upset when you want to sit at the window and check your order before you drive up, then want you to pull forward when you tell them your order is not all there. They really need a new manager and people who are not related to the manager at this facility.

Is there a shortage on ketchup and sweet and sour sauce!!! Every SINGLE time I go here I ask three times for my condiments even though I asked for extra when I ordered and I OFFERED TO PAY FOR THEM. And don’t roll your eyes at me, just get me some stinking sauce. If they ever got anything right the first time, I wouldn’t have to harass them.
