As a new coastal home-​owner, we contacted Shade & Shutter Systems to learn more about what products were available to protect our home. Our call was returned immediately and Paul Craig, owner of the company, provided exceptional detail about the various products and their benefits /​drawbacks. We scheduled a site visit; Paul showed up right on time with samples and guided us through the various applications. We selected the VueSafe product. Paul indicated a 2-​week lead time… but as Hurricane Sandy approached Paul contacted us on Saturday morning to let us know they had accelerated production and an installer would be on-​site that day. The installer, Ed, was prompt, courteous and diligent throughout the installation process. We couldn’t be happier. The product is up and already we feel more secure.
