We wanted to go some place with a nice atmosphere for a Valentine’s Day dinner My wife and I decided on Torino, and we are so glad that we did From the moment we walked in the door I knew my husband was right The restaurant was warm and we were greeted with a big smile from the hostess We were seated at a table for two in front of the nice warm fireplace My wife started with a glass of wine and I took the waitress’ suggestion and had a special martini called a Cinnamon Toast Crunch, which was delicious! We each had a Caesar salad– The portion was very generous and the lettuce was crisp and fresh, And the homemade dressing was one of the best I had! My husband had one of the specials off the new winter menu –stuffed peppers They tasted just like my Italian grandmother used to make! I had the special Parmesan risotto with porcini mushrooms and a generous amount of large scallops — it was unbelievably delicious! The risotto was cooked perfectly Our waitress was attentive and kind The portions were so large we weren’t quite ready for dessert, however the manager came to our table with a ½ dozen jumbo strawberries dipped in chocolate! He said this was a complimentary dessert from the owners and he thanked us for dinning with them at Torino. We will certainly be back We give them a five star review every time! and we are locals who frequent this spot summer and winter!

I have been to Torinos many times both summer, winter, spring and fall and have had a wonderful dining experience. I have been treated very respectfully and have had a delicious meal, drinks and lots of fun. I usually sit at the inside bar and the staff is attentive and professional. My husband is obsessed with eggplant and says that the Eggplant Rollantini far exceeds any eggplant dish on the Cape or the North End. Quite a compliment. You should try it for yourself. They always have entertainment on the weekends and every night in the summer. Again lots of fun. I highly recommend Torinos.

Went late night after work and was very disappointment. Great drinks but WORSE meatballs I ever had. They use to be the beast on Main… New cook? Leftovers being served to locals? Second establishment in 2 weeks that I have visited on Main that has lowered it’s standards for the off season.

Went there for a drink after dinner with a couple friends. One of us ordered a Moscow Mule. Bartender made the drink in a plastic cup. Copper mugs were sitting right on the bar. When asked to put the drink in a mug if possible the reply was«I didn’t wanna do anymore dishes tonight». It was 9 pm. Bartender then went back and say on the other side of the bar playing on his phone.

We ditched our tour bus and sat in the bar chatting with the locals. We had a wonderful time. The owner thanked us for coming in. They have a new bar menu they started a couple of days ago! FANTASTIC !! $ 1 oysters and much more! We will return today.

We stopped in for a drink before dinner. There is a large outdoor bar and patio out front, and a bar and tables inside. We sat at the bar indoors and a bartender brought us a drink menu with beers and cocktails, no wines. I had to flag him down for another menu to see the wine list. When I ordered a glass of cava, the bartender said, «red wine?» and clearly didn’t know what it was. He had to pull a menu and look through the fridge, trying to match the bottles. I had him bring the split over before he opened it to confirm it was the right one. My husband’s beer tasted ‘off’ and the bar area smelled a little fishy. We also witnessed a male bartender giving a female bartender a back massage. While I imagine this is a fun place on a Friday night, it left a lot to be desired on a quiet night.

Twelve of us went to Torino’s tonight to celebrate birthdays and our last night on the Cape. The food was delicious and service was great. Our waitress and chef went above and beyond to accommodate our special requests for dishes not even on the menu. We’ll be back next time we’re in town.

We had a great meal and great experience at Torino. I have been before for drinks, but this is the first time we have eaten there. We were a little disappointed by the prices, they were extremely high for the quality & quantity of food we received. However, it is Main St. Hyannis so this is to be expected. We had the steak kabob appetizer which was extremely pricy for only 3 petite pieces of steak with tangy BBQ put on them. Like the kind you get at a Chinese restaurant. For $ 11 this was ridiculous. I got the chicken piccata which was probably the best chicken piccata I’ve ever had, taste wise. It was not a very large portion though. But it did taste delicious. My boyfriend had the clams in a white sauce over pasta which he did not think was particularly good. Again, pretty expensive because it was seafood but it didn’t knock him out of the park. The live music added to the relaxed mood, and we sat at a little table by the edge of the patio so it was a nice, intimate dinner. We enjoyed the ambiance a lot. Next time we probably wouldn’t get an app, and would stay away from the seafood dish and only go with Italian pasta dishes. The wine list was expensive and they had a good section of beer on tap as well. The service was friendly and fast, but not rushed. They also give you bread before your dinner. Overall, we enjoyed our expedience.

We went to this bar after dinner and were planning on getting drinks. We stuck around and had a good time until it was 12:30. At this point we were allowed to purchase drinks but were told we had to leave directly after. I got a drink, had a sip and we told to leave. I asked to stay longer and finish my drink and the«head of security» took the drink out of my hand and threw it into the trash. Terrible customer service and a terrible staff.

Walked into this place with a large group of brown people; one of our friends had a pair of shorts on, the owner of the bar says that he won’t let in men wearing a white t-shirt or shorts because he’s trying to attract a «certain type of demographic». Meanwhile, several white people are wearing shorts. You read between the lines.

The hostess was so apathetic that we did not feel welcomed and she acted as though we had interrupted her cellphone texting when we arrived and needed to be seated. We sat indoors, ordered $ 12 cocktails that they served to us in plastic cups. Remember, we were seated INSIDE and they could not be bothered to serve their cocktails in glass vessels. I expected the fish and chips to be a lot fresher, because you know, Cape Cod is close to the ocean. Fish was just not fresh and the mcdonald’s style french fries were awful. They couldn’t even be bothered to use fresh potatoes. The fries did not taste as though they came from actual potatoes. The waiter, although friendly, was clueless and completely confused, as though he had not been trained to perform his job. After eating, I got up to go find the ladies room. I was trying to get the attention of employees walking past me, so that I could ask them where it is, but they did not give me any eye contact. They were not even busy, each of them walked past me slowly and they were all too busy conversing and joking around with one another. This place is a complete joke. The next day, my husband and I happened to be walking past it to go to a proper eatery(Embargo is fantastic) and Torino had hired a talentless country«musician».

Well, where to begin. First off, if a place doesn’t know what an in-and-out martini is, it probably isn’t worth your patronage. The food wasn’t bad though. Risotto was pretty great. The crab cakes were good. Oysters were laughably small. Lobster bisque was bland as heck. Bacon scallops were okay. However, this place at night time is garbage. I witnessed some incredibly discriminatory practices regarding their bouncers and managers’ relationship with customers. Upon questioning what the policy that had a patron kicked out, the staff was unable to give a straight answer in any way. Horrifyingly disrespectful and unimaginable that a place o «business» could do that to customers.

It’s ok food but not worth the price. Lobster bisque was very bland, calamari was under cooked and the service is not even the greatest. If the prices were $ 10 less on everything I would say it’s worth it. Only reason I gave it 3 stars is because they had live music.

This place is so good so that must be a reason why so many people go there. I skipped it last time I came to the cape because it was TOOPACKED and wild– people dancing in the middle of the outside patio. The inside is very pretty but apparently no one sits inside… Except maybe at the bar and families with little children. We were sad to hear they didn’t do the buy one get one free pizzas anymore on Sunday’s and the fact the duck confit pizza no longer exist. Also our other choice of people which was the figs one sold out when we arrived at 430 pm was a bit. Annoying. We ended up settling for the arugula pizza which is a white pizza and fairly flat. It was so damn good. We also got the truffle fries which were also just as delicious. I believe I ordered a Pom margarita which runs a bit pricy at about $ 14, it was good as well. No complaints besides all the dishes we want. Not available but our backup was just as amazing as we hope for !

The place was very inviting as driving by, nice patio in front and they had live music so we decided to stop in. Nobody was inside but we wanted to sit on the patio anyhow. I asked the host if they served the whole menu on the patio she said yes. After ordering drinks and looking at the menu and was ready to order is when we found out that nothing was left to eat on their menu; since it was a busier day than they expected being maybe that it was Mother’s Day. But don’t you think they should have told me that the menu was limited before we sat down, hello! Well they had pizza’s, pasta and crab cakes; crab cakes was something I wanted to order so it worked for me and they were seasoned well, two crab cakes were presented on a bed of lettuce with a sauce that I could have used more of. My companion orders a meatball pizza in which I also tried and the meatballs were perfectly flavored as well as the sauce, topped with ricotta drizzled and had great wood fired taste. I would give them a better review if they had told me upfront that the menu was limited and if I was able to enjoy something I wanted to try without a limited selection. The entertainment(Anthony Krock) was good, great vocals and selection of music. I guess he’s plays there a lot in the spring/summer

I liked everything about this place even when it was Prova but was sad there was hardly anyone there. The food and presentation were great as was the service, I can think of no bad things. Hopefully it will catch on and I’m sure its cranking in the summer.

I am terribly sad to see such bad reviews for such a wonderful restaurant. We were hesitant to try torinos based on many of the low reviews, but our gift card pushed us in the door and we are grateful that it did! Ambiance is romantic, classy, upscale and clean. The bartop is gorgeous with fun snakeskin patent leather hightop chairs. Wonderful selection of beers and high quality spirits. Service was incredible, which was a pleasant surprise since many of the reviews state that it was lacking. maybe management has improved that which made our experience lovely. My husband and I both tried a specialty martini which were great. I had the Torino-misu martini which was DELISH. For appetizer, we had the calamari; fresh, tender with a perfect flaky batter. The pizza goes above and beyond all the pizza places we have tried in the area. We tried the duck confit pizza and the scallop bacon pizza.(Buy one get one free as a promotion)! Top notch taste and interesting flavor combos. Best pizza we have EVER had. We will be returning and hope that some of the bad reviews don’t sway others away like they almost did for us.

I loved this place as prova and I love it now. We went last night for dinner. The lettuce wraps and chicken meatballs were amazing for apps. I highly recommend those. For dinner I had the duck confit pizza… awesome. Can’t wait to have it again. The drinks were good and the music was awesome. Anthony was doing country covers outside so we stayed for almost 4 hours! Here’s why I’m docking a star. My boyfriend ordered a burger and it came out on a plastic plate with the side being a bag of chips. Not classy for this place at all. Overall I will absolutely return and recommend others go too.
