We hired this service to remove thirty years of stuff from my in-​laws’ house prior to selling it. Good price for the work and they were friendly and professional. Some of the old furniture etc was pretty unwieldy and I was concerned that they’d tell us we had to break it apart or get it out the door first, but they handled everything. Best of all the yard was clean once they left and I didn’t get stuck picking bits and pieces of stuff out of the grass for days or ticking off my in-​laws’ neighbors with the mess. I would definitely go with these guys again.

Yes, they did a good job of emptying the basement of the demolition, however, there were a few problems. 1. My wife asked them to take the bags of leaves and the cut down bamboo on the side of the house and they made excuses that they couldn’t get it on this truck even though the truck was only ¾ full. 2. As they left, they didn’t get a piece of duct piping that they had to continually step over coming out of the basement. My wife (pregnant I might add) tried running them down in the street and calling their cell phone but they didn’t hear her or answer. I have since called the owner twice and twice he has told me they would be there by 2 to pick it up. As of this writing, the piece of duct piping is still there. 3. When they left the house, it could have only been 4 – 5 minutes before the check showed being cashed. The ink was not even dry. Talk about cash and dash! So, that is why I give two stars. Service is even after the sale and they seriously dropped the ball after they received the check. Maybe next time, but not for us.
