This location used to be a favorite until tonight. The owner/​manager has terrible customer service to his own employees as well as to his customers. He literally displayed a poor attitude towards what looked like a new employee who was learning the operations in front of a buying customer on how to measure and pack ice cream. In front of the customer he literally had the employee dump out the ice cream and start over. I will never go there again because if you treat your employees that way and by the way theses are kids learning how to be professionals then you will treat everyone this way.

All day I’ve been craving ice cream, specifically cookies & crème. I went here before doing my weekly grocery shopping and was a little disappointed that they were out of cookies & crème. It was early afternoon and the store doesn’t close until 10pm surely they shouldn’t have been out. They appeared to only have half of the bins of ice cream available. The service was slow as there was only one person working inside, so she doubled as my cashier and server. There were no other customers in the store during my trip yet I had to wait 5mins to be served because the employee was working on something else. I ended up getting chocolate chip cookie dough which was good.

Ordered the birthday cake for my husband. The were really good in taking the order over phone. It was a shirt design. I requested for half sheet size, the girl who took my order did mentioned that the half sheet if them is smaller than the other bakeries. But I was confident that it will be enough for the number of guests I’m having. I did get the discount on a cake and a free ice cream scoop as a member of baskin robbins. The cake turned out good, love the shirt design. It served well to 8 adults and two kids. Single serving (appropriate size of a serving). Will. Order in future.

Pretty decent experience here. As always Baskin-​Robbins ice cream is a treat. I think ice cream from pretty much anywhere is a treat because it’s… ice cream…
Anyway, the service was a little slow because there was only one girl working there as both scooper and cashier. Because it was a nice spring day, there were a bunch of people there, including indecisive kids.
Other than the wait, the ice cream was great.

I really like this Baskin Robbins. The IceCream is delicious, and don’t even get me started with their ice-​cream cake… oh my God!
The prices are good enough, not too expensive. The staff are all teens, and they do their job, but sometimes they’re less than welcoming. But whatever, I just want the Ice-​cream!
