Giant Pharmacy

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. The wait was inexcusable and customer service was just as bad. Who has only one tech working at a pharmacy. Time to move my parents prescriptions to Walmart hopefully they are better.

HORRIBLE. I imagine ppl have to come to this poorly run establishment because they HAVE TO… and I feel bad for anyone in this world who is restricted to this place. First – attitudes galore. There is a young woman who works here (maybe a pharmacist asst) who has to serve as the «front (wo)man». She takes the prescriptions but has no answers not advice because every time I asked her a question, she would have to ask another person – who, btw, was clearly visible and also clearly heard the questions… PLUS was clearly PROCESSING THEM… but was so CLEARLY bureaucratic that she refused to address me directly with answers (nor look at me). Had these prescriptions not been needed for my mother, I would have requested them back due to the attitudes alone. Anyway, tgat’s not really the most annoying thing about this place tho – the source of MY irritation is that they advised me to come back to pick them up in 30 minutes. I actually find that to be an enormously long time, but I accepted, left and then returned a half hour later – all to find that NOT ONE of the prescriptions were ready. Again, the front (wo)man had to search and then inquire about the status. Instead of giving me a time, she (probably dreading having to tell me nobody had processed) began to advise me of all the steps involved in processing the prescriptions (I guess trying to justify why they need more than the 30 minutes THEY COMMITTED TO)…I finally had to firmly request a TIME! And was then advised to sit in the waiting area as they needed another 20 minutes and someone will come to get me when it was ready. I’ve been sitting here another 30 minutes. TIME JUST WASTING AWAY. Zero customer service and ZERO time management. meanwhile – my mother sits at home… fresh out of the hospital… needing her meds. it is the only reason why I have not left. MY ADVICE? DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. EVER.
