Customer service is horrible. They have a guy that works in the front. Doesn’t greet or figure out what it is that the customers want. Which was myself. He act like he doesn’t want to be there so that really thru me off about the place. Besides that they all do an ok job.

Overall this place sucks. I went here on two different occasions: once for nails and once to get my eyebrows done. When I went in for nails, I told the technician I wanted my nails as short as possible. My nails were medium length and uneven. The second time i went for my eyebrows, I told the technician, «clean up only please, and NOT skinny,» sure enough the technician made my eyebrows very skinny. Both times I had the same employee, who obviously is not skilled. Please avoid this place at all costs.

I adored this nail salon for at least two years. However, as of late, I feel that they are very careless with their sanitation practices. Kathy does amazing eyebrows, but the waxing station leaves a lot to be desired. The attention to detail at the salon is currently lacking. .. .
