Jeeeeeez! Could they be any less professional! Methinks NOT! I walked in, since it was less than a block from home, and I like to support local business, and they acted like I was putting them out from the get-​go. They finally managed to get over and measure my old, irregular windows, and said they’d be ready after 10 a.m. the next day for me to pick up. I reminded them that they were supposed to install them, and they made a big stink about how that would cost extra. I said I totally understood, and would pay extra. So, I came home from work @ 10 the next day, waited an hour and a half, and went over to see what time they might be able to come install them. Again, they acted like I was a major pain. They said 8 – 9 a.m. was the only time they could do it, so I agreed to, and wrote down (for THEM) 8 – 9 on Friday, when I could again take off work. They called at 8:40 and said they’d arrive sometime before noon. At 12:20, I called to see what was up, and they said they wouldn’t be able to come. Period. F**k them!

a competitor in Coronado stated over the phone that they could make a replica of a glass shelf I broke that needed the edges rounded out. It turns out that the competitor could not do what they said so I took it to Cali Glass in IB. They had it done the very next day and cost less than I expected. I highly recommend them.
