Burgarello Alarm Inc

I have this company as my alarm system provider for about 5 years for now.
On my business location about 15 000 sf and my home .
I asked them several times to fix some of the sensors and the guy who showed up had really really bad attitude.
I wanted to change them several times but I was under contract and later I just got busy and I didn’t change them which was a big mistake.
Couple days ago I asked them to come to my home to fix a sensor which didn’t work and we couldn’t set the alarm. They asked for a $ 99.00 fee and I told them after so many years of paying every single month I thought it would be nice to wave the fee.
A lady on the phone said that we have to pay I told her I will change them and she said ok.
Simple.
Well today I had my house burglarized and I lost lots of electronics and jewels and a professional photo camera and a tv and other stuff.
I let you think if it is worthy to invest your money in a company like that.

We have had our Squaw Valley vacation home monitored by Burgarello for about two years now. We have had excellent customer service — our calls are always answered by a live person who recognizes our name (not because we are calling in often but because they do know their customers). We have only had one unusual event happen with our alarm — the motion sensors were going off in the middle of the night when nobody was there — turned out some spiders had made webs in the motion sensors. We cleaned the sensors but it happened again, so the service tech came out and replaced a part. I liked that they tried to solve the issue over the phone first before sending the technician. Would definitely recommend them.

When our alarm has gone off because of battery problem or door being blown open they have been wonderful in getting in touch with us while out of town…
