Independence, OH is home to many corporate offices. Coffee and alcohol fuels the workforce. Independence Beverage is conveniently located up the hill from Rockside on Brecksville Rd. Yesterday I stopped in and picked up some Gosling’s Black Seal rum and Gosling’s ginger beer so I can make some Dark and Stormy drinks when I have company. The liquor selection is pretty decent. They carry an assortment of craft beers as well. This was a nice place to stop during a lunch break. I came back to work after my beverage stop with some bottles in a brown paper bag. I was encouraged to make a Dark and Stormy in the office. Unfortunately I did not go forward with that plan.
