I truly disappointed in the food we received at KFC
The last two times we have visited KFC
establishment
I am sure is KFC top management would pay unannounced visit they
would be able to correct a number of problems like the chicken nugget being hard you can’t eat them or mashed potato bowl having more potatoes and anything else and I never expect my food to be cold it’s getting atrocious 25 dollars in the trash

went in there last night after work, and ordered the chicken fried steak meal and it was gross and cold. the biscuits were still cold and doughy. i didn’t get my side of mashed potatoes and gravy. when i called them back after i checked it at home the «manager tiffany» told me to come in and replace them. so i said ok. went in and asked them if they had any chicken and they said no. but that was bullshit because they had 3 full buckets of chicken put to the side i guess for those thieves to take home. so i said just give me the chicken fried steak meals again. they still fucked it up. while i was waiting for my orders, a lady came in and asked for chicken and they also said they’re out of chicken for the night. there was a fat girl waiting for those buckets i think to take them home for free. they still messed up my second order. this kfc sucks. never going there again and i’ll be sure to tell people not to go in there because «they run out of chicken».

The facility itself seems to be in a state of disrepair. Wallpaper is peeling loose, and other fixtures just look like they’ve been damaged.
To their credit, the staff appears to be making the best they can out of their situation. For example I noticed that the floor was actually very clean. Floors don’t clean themselves, and that’s a good sign that the staff is looking to take care of business. Also the food was as good as could be expected from a fast food place and Kentucky fried chicken is been a good supplier of food.
It is my hope that senior management recognizes the situation is really on them, and not on the hard-​working staff that is working to do a great job.
I personally like Kentucky fried chicken, and would enjoy eating there in the future. However I think they do need to move to a new location that is better suited for food preparation and consumption.

This location is actually a duo restaurant. It’s a full KFC, but is also a Taco Bell. My 5 year old nephew has forever changed what we call it now, which is «Chicken Bell» lol.
So I went here on a spur of the moment at dinner time. With having two small kids with me I decided to just go through the drive thru, which I’m always reluctant to do. I feel by going inside they’re more likely to get your order right because they know you can go through the entire bag and check it before you leave.
They did a great job at helping me choose a combination of things that would work better for my family. The guy taking my order was so nice and helpful. Even with two kids arguing in my backseat he never seemed annoyed or rushing. He took the time to suggest different menu items and helped me put together a dinner that every picky eater at my table would enjoy.
They got all the cars through at a fast pace (which made me nervous for the reasons I mentioned earlier).
Once I got home I unloaded all of the contents of the huge bag of food onto my dining room table. My order was perfect. Even down to which pieces of chicken I prefer over the rest. He really payed attention to detail which is a skill becoming scarce among employees in the fast food industry.
My family and I will forever be loyal customers to this location.
