I struggled to decide if 2 or 3 stars were appropriate. The care I receive here is usually good. My dr. takes plenty of time with me and addresses any and all of my concerns. She gives me samples and coupons any time I need a product. My huge complaint is the wait time. I have been coming here for 11 years and have had to wait for over an hour in the waiting room. Other times it’s only 20 – 30 mins. I have been to other derms but always seem to come back here so I guess it’s not that bad.

As a new patient I expected to be treated better, making a good impression on the office.
I set an appointment 2 months prior for 3:10. I arrived at 2:50 assuming there would be new patient paperwork. Receptionist did not acknowledge/​greet me from behind her little window. I was instructed via sheet of paper taped to said window to «sign in and someone would be with me shortly.» SHORTLY? No, not at all. I’m a very patient person and after 40 minutes, I was called to receive paperwork. After another 20 minutes and having other patient’s in the waiting room who came in after me being called in, I asked the receptionist if I should reschedule. At one hour, 10 minutes in the waiting room I was called to the room to see the doctor. Doctor came in rather quickly, was happy about that. And she didn’t push prescription face routine on me, rather suggested over the counter products and supplied coupons.
