Horrible customer service, I booked an appointment for my sister and mother to have a relaxing get away. I called back later that day to reschedule after I made the purchase, the secretary then told me that was fine and my appointments where switched, then the day of my prior appointment came up and the owner called and stated that the secretary did not know what she was doing and my appointment could not be switched, if no one showed up that it was my fault and I would not get a refund, horrible way of doing business in paid 300 dollars and got nothing in return.

Full service spa including acupressure and acupuncture. I have only tried the massage therapy and was very content with the result. I did have a few minutes to read the service brochure.
