I have been going to this class for 10 yrs. There is no better place to practice your yoga than here. The tranquility of the beach sounds and breezes make it ideal for mind and body rejuvenation.

I moved to Indian Rocks Beach 15 years ago and this amazing Yoga experience was awaiting me right there on the sand. Yoga inside a building cannot compare to the pleasure your senses will experience — the sun cresting — the birds singing — the surf lapping and your spirits soaring! Truly one of a kind magical experience. Whether you’ve done yoga before, or not this class is for you. Tania & Shelby are special Guru Yogis and care for all present. Oh, and the friends you will make !!!

I had the most amazing yoga class on the beach! It was such a peaceful class. I will never do yoga indoors again. The British instructor Tania knows so much and she is very calming to the soul. I will be back again and again. I especially love the Saturday 9 am class since we all go have a coffee at the French bakery nearby. Once a month is potluck and we all get to watch the sunset and have a glass of wine after our lesson :)
