Abstract Nails & Wellness Studio

I was visiting Indianapolis last weekend and was in need of a shellac manicure. I found Abstract Nails and Wellness and made an appointment. I have never been so disappointed in all my history of getting manicures. The shellac manicures typically take an hour at the most to complete, and last for about 2 weeks! My manicure at abstract took over 2 hours. Not only was the experience at the salon terrible, but a couple hours after I left, the polish started peeling right off. Before disputing the charge with the credit card company i called the owner and informed her that my polish was peeling off and i wanted a refund. She said they do not give cash refunds as it is against their policy. She offered me a gift certificate instead. I let her know that I live out of state, and even if I was local I obviously would never want to return. She was very rude, and would not give me a refund for my $ 50 manicure. I have since gone to my regular nail salon to have my nails fixed, and they were absolutely appalled. I recommend staying far away from this place.
