Uh oh… the vexing commercials are back; however, I think he slowed down a nano second this time. Very stressful to listen to these.

Absolutely horrid experience.
We were looking for an inexpensive mattress/​box spring for our weekend place, and saw a special, so I stopped in. I waited nearly 45 minutes to get some help, and when I told the salesperson what I wanted, the upseling started. Very high pressure, and it made me feel very uncomfortable. However, I had already decided to stick to my budget, so stuck to my guns and told him I wanted the special.
Turns out, the special is a special order item, and it takes 4 – 6 weeks to get. Bait and Switch and your very worst.
We’ll not return.

If I could give zero stars I would. Customer service skills are lacking. Broken furniture. Multiple calls to fix same problem. Regional manager loves to make excuses. Communication problems within business. Not the place to buy your furniture. Cheap but not worth the headache.
