gave my 1st sandwich away promised me a potato cake, never got it the Bourbon Bacon Steak burger is worth trying

This restaurant continues to disappoint me. Their shake machine has been «down» for nearly 3 months! Despite numerous emails to the district manager, who did apologize and comp my meal, the machine STILL doesn’t work! I’m sure they’ve made enough money to replace the machine by now. The service has improved, no attitudes this time but why advertise something that is limited time if you can’t get it during that period? They also didn’t have any of the outside lights on so, trying to see the drive up menu at 9:15pm was a little tricky.

They cannot get an order right! Also the dining room was dirty! Manager kept saying he was sorry. But continued to screw up order. I won’t be going back that one anymore.

This Arby’s is one of the best it’s hidden away on east Washington street you would think it would be more known location, however this location may look old outside but inside it is the cleanest and most organized Arby’s I’ve had the pleasure of eating from in a long time.
The staff was very friendly and very attentive as well,
My order came out fast hot and fresh the location is definitely note worthy of praise I hope fellow people give it a try.
