I don’t know how I feel about living here now. Too many changes. Way too many changes.

TERRIBLE place to live. Got my car stolen from one of their carports and they did nothing to help. Their neighborhood«security» is a joke. Also got hit with a 800 fee for not notifying I was moving out which I DID notify them and the manager refused to remove the charge. The plumbing at this place is super old and unmaintained. Disgusting sewage water came up from the sink more than once and flooded our kitchen. Definitely highly recommend against living here.

This place deserves a 3.5÷5 1. January — Moved into apartment, completely renovated with brand new everything 2. February — The new gym has been completed with brand new equipment and frequently attend 3. March — Construction picking up on the landscaping for the pool. 4. April — Constriction still going on, no noise however equipment everywhere. 5. May — Potholes have been receiving fillers from a outsourced company, pool completed 6.June — Pool set date to open Dont come to Ashford if its not a newly renovated apartment. its an old complex, if you want cheaper you will have to deal with outdated appliances and structure. Pros — Amazing prices for college students Location is in the middle of everything you need! Young Proffesionals, Families, older folks area Playground Not one problem with the A/C no issues with laundry no issues with noise no issues with the community around me always car space amazing environment and wildlife because of the surrounding community ponds not one issues with the staff Cons — Noticed because of a lot of landscaping I tend to have stink bugs in my apartment. I have not once opened a window or the porch door. Noticed earwigs inside apartment around the carpet by the walls. I feel because of the old structure the floor boards and inside the walls are still old a damp from wear and tear that are attracting them to come in. I really dont feel like calling pest control, but it needs to happen because I dont like the feeling of watching bugs crawl out of the wall from were the carpet was laid and back into the wall cracks The Heater and electric has its own closet in the living room. I wish it could be mre sealed because its old and nasty inside it.

Ever since Ashford at Keystone got new owners last year we have received the worse possible customer service possible. Three management teams since — one just as bad as the next. Two weeks without heat and a heavy gas leak and one excuse after another why I was obviously doing something wrong with the pilot light on my 50+year old furnace. Equally horrible response to the black fungus and pool of water coming from my air conditioning closet after being gone on vacation. If you are still considering renting here then ask yourself why it was at 98% occupancy and only a $ 50 referral reward less than two years ago. and now there are tons of empty apartments and the referral award is up to $ 300. Not enough room here to list the offenses they have thrust upon tenants. One of the worse experiences of my life.

Currently living here in a unit facing Keystone. It’s pretty solid. I can’t give it 5 stars because it’s not perfect, however for this area I don’t thing you can get a better value. When smaller apartments nearby are renting for double and the only difference is they have granite countertops real wood floors and washer dryer in the unit, then I will happily live at Ashford. It is clean here. The tenants are either young families, young professionals, or quiet older folks. In my building there are 2 families with young kids and we never hear them. Our heat this winter has been awesome! Also did I mention it’s gas heat, so the community has to pay for it as it’s impossible to meter that per unit. Electric bill has never exceeded $ 90 and there is always tons of parking. Even though we face keystone, it’s not too loud. We are actually going to move to another building at the back of the property though. I would recommend this place to anybody. Only thing to make it better? Give me a Gas stove. I love to cook and gas is the best. Second would be to have actual garages to rent, Car ports are okay, but garages are better.

Basically the slums. Unhelpful, unconcerned, condescending property manager. There’s trash everywhere, cannot get basic maintenance requests completed, it’s summer & hot & I’ve been w/o properly working AC for a month now despite numerous requests to have it fixed. They only allow maintenance to take the quickest, easiest way out instead of actually fixing problems. It’s late June & the swimming pool is still not open & there’s no definite date for when it will be open, not this month though. Don’t move here. Newest management company is the WORST. Stay away, unless you’re just looking to be frustrated, angry & treated like the garbage that litters this entire community.
