Buffalo Wild Wings

Took 40+ minutes to get food for 6 people in the bar. Bar was less than half full. We got 1 drink refill in the 90 minutes we were there. No acknowledgement from the staff about how long it took to get food. When we got the wings, somehow they were cold after taking 40 minutes. This place is a joke.

Bad service last time we were here, thought we would try one more time. Still bad service. No one is here, but it took 10 minutes, with 12 employees standing around, to help us. One of the employees is actually on his cell phone now for about 5 minutes. Sucks. :-/

It’s BWs. Stick with wings and you will be fine. Veer off track and you are on your own. $ 4 pint night on Tuesdays.

It has taken almost an entire hour from when we got here to get our food. But oh wait I’m sitting here and our food still isn’t here… We’ve also had 2 different waitresses. I will never come back to this piece of shit Bdubs again. I recommend going to any other one than this one. This is ridiculous.

I’m a fan of BWW in general, but this location left me disappointed. We were just getting takeout, so I called earlier in the day to place my order for that evening. I arrived to pick up the order right on time and still had to wait about 30 minutes before the order was ready. What was the point of calling ahead if it wasn’t going to be ready? I don’t make it up to this area too often, but when I do I don’t think I’ll plan on coming here.

One of their servers tried to rip us off. He added a 4 in pen to our final bill making 30 dollars above the cost. We’ve eaten at this place in the past and wonder how many times this has happened in the past. if you go their make sure you look at your bill carefully before you pay to make sure you’re not being ripped off.

We did receive a 15 dollar gift card for that location only. After we discussed it. Their server tried to steal 30 dollars from us. We wont be returned to this location ever again.

Really poor service. We were here for over an hour and only got food for my son because the guy never came back. I had to go to the bar to get my husband a beer because he seemed to have disappeared. Deffinetly would not come here again.

This Buffalo Wild Wings is just like any other location. The food quality and preparation are poor for the money. The service is typically mediocre.
The only reason I can see coming here is for watching sports and drinking booze. If these do not interest you then do not come here.

Wings were ok; Asian zing was the best sauce. Cleanliness not great– Service questionable.

What kind of bar runs out of Miller Lite on one night and can’t have it back in stock the next day? Time to find a new place to hang out

My fiancé and I came here after we had found out that our usual buffalo wings stop showing the ppv fights for mma. After calling around we ended up coming to this one located near the mall and were surprised at how large the place was. We were in for the long haul and sat in the bar area. Place was packed and only about 5 tables were available. Once we sat down, we only waited about 3 minutes before our server came and ordered our drinks. He was very friendly and joked with us. We first ordered the nachos appetizer with no pico. It was a wait, but the place was packed and our server apologized as it was a full house. When we got our food it was very refreshing. It mostly had vegetables (which others may complain about) but I found the food to make me feel light and not horrible for binging. Later on we ordered a large boneless wings batch with two different sauces. Again, it was a long wait. When we received our food it was piping hot and covered in sauce.
We have decided to change our new bw3 to this one here. It has a nice atmosphere with friendly staff and was exceptionally clean. Aside from the food taking awhile during an extremely busy time, I would gladly come back here!

Terrible service. There were people waiting 2 hours for food and even had to wait for beverage refills. I also saw a lot of dirty tables while servers just stood around watching the tv’s. It was an awful experience

Terrible service, rude staff, and very slow to bring out food and drinks. I waited ten minutes to even be seated. I could understand this if it was busy, but it was 3:45pm on a Tuesday afternoon, and there was only ten people in the whole place. Corporate management needs to come in and replace store management and associates. I will not come back.

Slow service. Server not attentive, we had to ask for beverage refills (which I was told I should never do by another server). I’m not a Pepsi person and he game me attitude for not wanting a cola. Think I’ll steer clear of this BWs and stick with my usual one.

Stumbled in randomly with my husband and son. Figured we couldn’t go wrong with a place like this. But, the experience was fairly disappointing. It took quite a long time to have our drink order taken. It felt like nobody wanted to wait on us.
Finally, we were helped by the manager (I believe). He was very friendly and accommodating, and even comped the sandwich I will describe in the next paragraph.
I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich, but the chicken was rubbery, unlike anything I’ve ever experienced while eating it. I ended up sharing chicken fingers between the three of us. The fries were good though. I have had better experiences at other BWW locations.

I wanted to give this location another try and boy were we wrong. TERRIBLE service!!! Our server just decided to leave and not tell anyone. I tried talking with several other servers saying all I wanted to do was pay my bill. Almost 45 minutes later we were still waiting. I have never been to a place that didn’t want to take my money. I asked for a manager who was not one bit helpful. Corporate needs to take notice of this store. This used to be my favorite place to watch a game. Time to pick a new place.

2^nd time here. Awful service. No forks for our carry out salads. Charged $ 1 for kids waters. Slow! Won’t go back to this location.

I had a TERRIBLE experience dining in 2 weeks ago. I even had to get up and take all 3 of our glasses to the bar for a refill. The server still didn’t apologize! All 3 of us got wings and buffalo chips and we were there for 2 hours! I sent an email to corporate and received a call from the manager the next day. She said she was sending me some gift certificates and yet, I’ve never received them! I will avoid this place like the black plague!

My friend and I ventured out for some post-​alcohol foods. Most local places were closed so we landed here. Our drinks were fine, but it’s kind of hard to mess up beer. I ordered mini burgers with fries. My friend ordered a cheeseburger with fries. I specified that I wanted cheddar jack cheese — got American. We both ordered our sandwiches with Lettuce, Tomato and mayo. Mine was fine — Angela got a tomato … no joke … the size of a quarter. Why bother? ALL of the food was cold. When the manager came out to our table, he acted like it wasn’t a big deal because he sent out a basket of hot fries to replace our cold fries. Finally after demanding he just comp our tabs minus the beer — he did so and took our food back. As we waited on our checks — we called and ordered food from China Wok. AWFUL!

Very average BWWs. The wait staff is attentive as always and the food is standard fare. One thing I can say about BWWs is you always know what to expect: decent wings, decent service, good sauce and beer selection.
