If you’d like a 3-topping with terrible customer service, incompetent management, and mediocre quality, then these guys have a special for you. Otherwise, don’t bother. I’m all about supporting the local businesses, but these guys just made a new Dominos fan. We had ordered from Circle City before on a Saturday and decided to do so again on a Thursday. After being rung up for a $ 22 large pizza and not receiving anything for over an 1 hour and 15 minutes, my wife called the store. They told her that the pizza hadn’t even left the store yet, to which she replied«This is ridiculous» and hung up. I called them 10 minutes later to just cancel the order and was hung up on by the guy who said he was the manager. I called him back, basically because I was shocked that someone who claimed to be any sort of manager actually hung up on a customer. He tried to lecture me that there was no way they would have ever delivered to my house on a Saturday and that I(the customer) should only order from them when it is convenient for their schedule. So, Indianapolis, if you’d like pizza better than this poorly run outfit, then go ahead and give Little Caesar’s a call or pick up a $ 3 Red Baron from Marsh. Absolutely ridiculous, disappointing experience. Bottom line, I wish Unilocal had a 0 star option.

Two words sum it up for me. 1. Canned 2. Bland I decided to give this place a try and was left feeling very indifferent. I thought it would be decent because I’ve seen a few locations around. The menu is really basic. You can pick from sizes and toppings. There are no real signature pizzas or anything even close to piquing your interests if you’re not sure exactly what you want. I ended up getting sausage, mushroom and olive. The mushrooms and olives were canned and the sausage wasn’t fresh either. The pizza was cut party style, which is okay, but I feel like I’ve eaten this EXACT pizza ten different times in the course of my life. It’s nothing special, but it’s still pizza

The story begins with a Friday night procrastination session. Words, words and more words to go, the closer college felt to home; thus, pizza. I’m paying most definitely for the delivery here — and the fact that they’re one of just a few places that delivers downtown, which, for the top 15 cities in America, just feels absurd. I know… I know most folks don’t live down here… but c’mon… how about little more competition for our favorite food, eh? In retrospect maybe for the cost of $ 24 I should’ve ordered bazebeau; in fact, I should’ve driven to Pizzology, or at least Jockamo… but, no, it’s late, and remember… I’m procrastinating. And, I want«cheap» tasting pizza. Just straight up crumbled sausage and barbeque sauce and pineapple from a can. This really should’ve been $ 12. So, I don’t really get as to why Indy is considered a low cost of living(yes, rent is dirt cheap and utilities are low too), but consumables are hefty — they get us where they know they can get us. Delivery was much quicker than the projected hour. The dough was doughier than I thought it could be – and should’ve gone with the ultra thin crust. But really this is exactly what I wanted, exactly.

Strange as it may seem, Circle City Pizza is our #2 choice for pizza after Jockamo. CCP is the only storefront business on Market east of City Market, and the demolition of the I-65 ramp and ensuing construction didn’t help their visibility. But with the streetscape finished and lots of new neighbors(*cough* Sun King *cough*) I’m hoping that this locally-owned chain/franchisey-thing will see increased traffic through their sad little dining room. Don’t bother with the breadsticks or sandwiches, the thin, crunchy pizza is where it’s at. It’s cheap and lowbrow in the best way possible. I favor the crumbly sausage.

I don’t know how else to put this other than the pizza was just not good. Greasy and not flavorful. I don’t know how you can mess up pizza but somehow they managed to. I also got a 2 liter of pop which turned out to be flat and expired by over a year when I got it home.

super friendly on the phone both times I called them– once to order the pizza for delivery then again 1 hour 50 minutes later to ask if the pizza was coming soon. He said it should be. It’s now been 2 hours since I placed my order for delivery, and I’m dismayed it’s taken one hour longer than the one hour that was quoted as delivery time.

I don’t think it’s a chain when it’s family owned & local ?? their pizza is pretty good, their service is the BEST but due to the recent deconstruction of the old 65 South Ramp, it’s half a block walking after searching thru alley maze, so downtowners call them up & have a delivery or they’re Really glad to see you now, it’ll be busy again once that part of Market St opens again, please support them, they do email specials too, just call them the entire staff, they’re the Deal no online ordering, but they will email you coupons
