This place may have most things, but the one thing they don’t have is Customer Service. I guess they feel they don’t need it since they have just about everything else. However no service is 0 (zero) stars from me and I will take my business elsewhere and stop sending others there.
Let me explain if you say you are open until 9pm, don’t lock the doors at 8:55pm. I live more than 45 minutes away from this place of business and there isn’t any location that sells what I needed near. I didn’t realize I ran low, so I tried to run and get it. I tried to explain this to the man at the door holding keys, I showed him on my mobile phone it was 8:56pm, I knew what I wanted and I was paying with a card and I screamed all of this through the door trying to get someone’s attention and even asked for the owner or manager. I wouldn’t have kept them past closing and come to find out it was still another customer in the store.
So had they just serviced me they would have kept my business and I would have continued to send people there, but no more, you don’t want my business because you refused to serve me during the timeframe you had posted on your door you were open for business, so Good Bye.

This place had everything. It’s very organized and I had no problem finding what I needed. Prices were a little higher than I expected, but not too bad.

This was my first time visiting this beauty supply and I was not disappointed. Driving an hour to get here, I was pleased that it was not a wasted trip. The store is huge and they have a ton of varieties for African American hair. The selection included a large area for wigs (human and synthetic), braiding hair, virgin bundles and so much more! Best thing about it is that they’re open on Sunday from 10 AM –6 PM!

Every time I go in there they have another relative working there who doesn’t know anything about what they sell and barely speaks English! I tried to make a purchase when this NEW cashier kept saying my debit card didn’t work. It worked she just didn’t know what the hell she was doing. I asked her am I being charged for these multiple swipes 6 IN ALL! She kep CARD NOT WORK CARD NOT WORK. I ended up being charged over $ 300. This money was taken out of my personal account and I didn’t even take anything out of the store! I argued with thesr people for 2hrs trying to get my money back abd they dont believe they have it. MY BANK SAYS YOU DO HAVE IT! They are still holding my money! If you are going to be in this county learn the language and the technology! I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!!!

I love this beauty supply. In my opinion they are on of the best in Indy. They have a large supply of products, wigs, hair. They also have a braid center inside of store. Their hours are also really good and they stay open a bit later than other beauty supply providers in the area. I am always able to find what I came in for. The other negative I have is they do not have many of the products you would find in a Target or Walmart, which is cool but just a tip if you looking to do a one stop trip. Nevertheless I go out of my way to go to this beauty supply.
