I’ve never bought a watch here, but this is my go-​to place to get my watch batteries replaced. It’s only about $ 13 per battery replacement and it comes with a 1-​year warranty. There’s an option to upgrade ($ 3 more) to a 2-​year warranty, but I never do that.
It takes about 15 minutes to do, but there’s plenty of stores around to keep you occupied (I recommend drinking some free tea samples across the concourse) until your watch is ready.

This store is actually a kiosk. Anyway; we were walking by there two days ago and I stopped to try on a few watches (my personal theory is that one can never own enough different-​looking watches). I didn’t buy anything — but the sales clerk (Mecayl) was a very friendly young man, and the manager (Carolina) was also very friendly.
