We ordered three medium pan dish pizzas for a quick dinner the other night. Half of them pepperoni and half Hawaiian. Domino’s has definitely improved over the years, but it’s still sits in the realm of mediocre pizza as far as I’m concerned. Still a bit too doughy, although they’ve improved a bit in that department and I wish they included more pineapples on the Hawaiian. Not bad for the amount of pizza you get for the price. Dominos always comes through in that department. Can’t comment too much on the service since I wasn’t the one who placed the order, but we didn’t run into any trouble with out order and it arrived fairly quick too.

I ordered online and picked my order up(M-Th pick up special Large with 3 toppings for $ 7.99, much less than Papa John’s). It had been a long time since I had ordered from Domino’s so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The onlide order went smooth and you can watch the progress of your pies. Picked up in 20 minutes; pizzas were hot, cooked correctly, the toppings were fresh, the sauce was tasty but a little bland, and they had just the right amount of cheese. The garlic butter crust is a little greasy– to remove should be an option online. The employees seemed to be enjoying their job– they seemed relatively efficient and accurate with the order. I asked for banana peps on the side and they provided two small containers no charge. Nice :-) If I see the continued quality and service I will bump up to 5 star.

One of the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Placed an online order for carry out. Went to pick it up and was greeted by curse words and other slang. I’m not positive if it was directed at my group of friends or not, but it was very uncomfortable. I went up to the cash register, ran by a very unprofessional employee, and I told him my name and I was picking up my online order for carry out. The cook behind said«nah, he’s delivery.» I was very confused why he said this as I had just said I was coming to pick up my carry out item. The guy started laughing and asked my name again… I had pretty much had it at this point. I repeated my name and said for«carry out,» not delivery. He said«yeah I know, I know.» I gave him my card and then received our lukewarm pizza. When we went back home to eat the pizza, one of them wasn’t even cut at all! Terrible terrible customer service. These were literally the most unprofessional workers I’ve ever seen. Oh and the guy making the pizza in the back didn’t have any gloves on and looked unclean. Despicable.

I place the same order every Thursday from work. I usually get the same driver *Bill* as well. Everything is always perfect and just how I ordered it. I’ve always had fast delivery too. Once I didn’t get my normal delivery driver and I was worried something was wrong. Awesome food, awesome staff… just simply awesome. I love their chicken wings!

Placed an order around 9 pm at this location online and payed with a card. We got a call almost immediately after stating they would not deliver our pizza because it was after dark and we lived in a «bad area»… Your store is 25 blocks east on Washington! Let’s not even talk about bad areas! Not only was it offensive, but completely inaccurate. My area has 24 hour patrol from off duty cops, courtesy of Angie’s List. Everyone on my street is either a young professional working downtown or someone who has lived there for thirty years, and there is no crime; how presumptuous and brash to deem my neighborhood ‘dangerous’. When I called to protest or come to some sort of reasoning, I was on hold for five minutes waiting for a manager, the likes of which offered me no avail. I had no explanation of why they wouldn’t deliver other than it was the GM’s orders, and I couldn’t even get contact information for higher management. Luckily the downtown location agreed to deliver outside of their range to make up for this location’a blatant disregard to set us up. I’d give no stars were it an option!

I just placed an online order for delivery to my boyfriend working in your area. I entered my credit card info without being given a subtotal/total and received confirmation of my order via email. I received no error message or anything indicating that payment wasn’t received and hit Pay Now with Credit Card. What’s the point of providing my card if you’re not going to charge it?! Was the delivery driver able to take a credit card? If so, she didn’t indicate that, defeating the purpose of my gesture. I’m just glad he had cash on hand. I was also overcharged & didn’t get the coupons applied to my order(pasta + chicken should have been $ 5.99 each, sandwich, chips, drink should have been $ 7.99). Disappointing experience to say the least! Positive: Dominos Tracker was the only thing on the site that worked. Most of the above ‘feedback’ on this experience was input on your site, but also not received!

I originally had a good review of this place but they made us wait 1 ½ hours for cold pizza. My husband’s pizza looked like it was shook up. They didn’t apologize once for the delay. I called to see if the driver was okay because there is no reason for it to take that long without calling to let us know there would be a delay. I called and they said I would have my pizza soon. 25 min later it finally shows. The driver didn’t apologize for the delay or give an excuse of why it took so long. She just handed me a $ 5 off coupon which is useless because we won’t be ordering from them again. Just go with Pizza Hut instead!

They forgot a portion of our order. I haven’t felt this had as the time when I accidentally bought an edited version of an Ludacris album.
