Dr. Everman is a great doctor! Funny, very dry wit sense of humor, which is not everyone’s cup of tea. He is conscientious & caring, will if need be, do manipulations, which used to be a staple of DOs. He is currently in the Community system & his address & phone has changed! 7910 East Washington Street Suite 200 Indianapolis IN46219 3173557171

I absolutely love my doctor. I always get the same doctor, she actually talks to me and asks me questions, she remembers me(asks me how teaching is going etc), and wants to help me be healthy. It is a DO operation associated with Westview. I didn’t know what the heck a DO was, but I looked it up and have gathered they are doctors the same as any other just with a focus on root causes of illness(versus just patching symptoms) and they look to whole body health. For example, I have sleep troubles. I mentioned it to my doctor. She prescribed medication for a trial period to see if it helped, but if my problems persist after a month then I had to go to a sleep clinic for a test. My issue seemed to get better and now I only occasionally take melatonin as needed. I was at first whining that she wouldn’t just give me Zoloft or Ambian but in the end I get why she didn’t, and just taking sleep medications wouldn’t fix the root problem. I had my husband started going and he likes Rockville Practice and my doctor as well. The place is small and outdated but they are soon moving down the street to a bigger, better facility. My only complaint is getting in for an appointment can be tough sometimes, but maybe with the new place this will improve.

This is a DO practice affiliated with Westview Hospital. I like seeing DOs because they seem less eager to medicate and test you to death!(probably the wrong colloquialism to use reviewing a doctor’s office) I have seen two doctors here, Dr. Overmars and Dr. Everman. They are both excellent at what they do. They are practical and take a more conservative approach, they do not want to run a gamut of needless tests just to make a buck. They take their time at appointments and ask lots of questions while diagnosing. The office staff is very friendly, as are the nurses. While the building they are located in is older and might be a turn off, the doctors are really up to date with their education — Overmars and Everman both recently completed their residencies. I like that they are up to date with medical science and not yet stubbornly set in their ways since they are still new. They actually seem excited and passionate about being doctors! They are both very personable and make an effort to listen and always ask you what you think about their diagnoses and suggestions for treatment. They are always on time at their appointments, and I never feel rushed with them. I think they are both very good doctors. There are also a couple other more seasoned doctors in the practice, I believe Dr. Williams is the doctor who started the practice, but I have not seen him.
