Had a very pleasant experience, great customer service. took 5 minutes to get me all set up. Greg set up my account and then Tammi helped me with the free moving truck, which is AWESOME BY THE WAY. Saved me from having to use u-haul.I reserved my 10×10 unit online and came in the following week to do paperwork. I wish the rates were a little cheaper but that’s okay since I had get one last minute. The only reason I didn’t give this 5 stars is because of legal matters on the moving truck, apparently you have to be legally married in order for someone else to return or drive the truck. Which is silly… I had reschedule my move so I could drive and return the truck. Not a huge deal but a little inconvenient.

Extra Space Storage on Stop 11 road offers a clean, easy to access self storage facility.
They advertise First Month Free, but buyer beware. They have a $ 20 «Administrative Fee» for the first month. You must purchase insurance as well, which can run as high as $ 15 – 20 a month. So in reality, the first month is like half off. Including taxes and insurance, a 10×10 unit will run you about $ 70 – 80 a month at this location. They also advertise a free moving truck, but I am imagining there is a catch involved with that too.
The access hours aren’t 24/​7, but the gate will let you in until 10pm or so. As for security, the owner lives on site, so that is an added bonus. There are cameras everywhere as well.
The rates are comparable to other self storage places in the area, if not a tad higher. You might be able to get a better rate if you store your stuff in the suburbs or rural towns. Payment options are plentiful. They can draft your bank account or credit card automatically. Or if you want to be old fashioned, they have a payment drop slot in front of the office.
