I got a groupon with a deal for a massage, manicure/​pedicure and microderm abrasion. This place is actually inside a house. The owner Ms Tiwana is a kind lady who truly focuses on the satisfaction of her customers. The place is clean, staff is courteous and the services are done well and professionally. I was particularly pleased by Dona who did my mani pedicure. She truly worked like an artist making sure it was a sophisticated job!
I had to pay around $ 50 for the tip on top of the price I paid to groupon. I would say it was a good deal. I don’t think I will come back because the location is not ideal for me. But I really do appreciate the courtesy of the owner and others. I felt scheduling an appointment was hard because they do not pick up the phone always. I had to ask groupon to deal with this matter. Later I discovered one of their receptionist was on a leave. It’s all understandable. They accept MasterCard and visa only apart from cash.

Fierce Image Spa & Salon is an outstanding establishment to sit back, relax, and get pampered. The owner, Tiwuana Bryant, is extremely professional, attentive, and dedicated to exceptional customer service. I visit her to get my hair relaxed, cut and styled-​she always does a fantastic job! I visit Dana, one of the other cosmetologists, to gel nails applied. When she finishes they are always absolutely gorgeous! My daughter also enjoys getting her hair styled by Tiwuana and pedicures from Dana. Fierce Image also offers massages, facials and other spa services.
