I feel weird reviewing a funeral home, but here it goes.
It’s a massive building (which makes sense because it’s next to a gigantic cemetery). It looks like it has been remodeled/redecorated as there are some 21^st century touches such as wall-mounted touchscreens, a computer for a guestbook (they put out a traditional pen-and-paper guestbook as well) and a single-serve coffee/espresso machine.
There’s a big dining/refreshment area as well.
I only went to a viewing and didn’t attend the service so I am unable to review that aspect of Flanner & Buchanan.
