Very Rude. They hung up the phone on me when I was trying to simply explain a situation and that I was looking for a new family physician. Apparently they don’t need new patients.

Dr. Halberstadt was my pediatrician growing up and I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor. He was so friendly, funny, and good at what he did, that I and my brothers actually looked forward to going to the doctor’s office. What’s more, the whole staff were/​are as warm and welcoming as he is. I called today for my immunization records, more than 20 years after my last visit, and not only did I get a response and the documents within hours, but they also remembered me and my brothers. Amazing (thanks, Heather!). Thanks for everything, Dr. Halberstadt and staff! Many good memories.

Dr. Gary is by far the best Pediatric doctor in Indianapolis! My children have been in his care since birth (nearly 10 totoal years). He is loving, nurturing and patient. Quite simply he is phenomenal, we view him as family and love him dearly. His staff is caring and always willing to help in anyway possible. Heather is a godsend! After moving away in 2009 my children and I realized what a gem Dr. Halberstadt and staff were and couldnt wait to be back in Indianapolis to see him again.

This is one excellent Doctor and staff. I really felt like I could trust Dr. Halberstadt. Best of all he does not believe in giving kids (especially babies) medicine they don’t need just to appease the parents. Every appointment they would right down my babies weight, height, and length for me to take home.
The office is always running on time, they are quick to get you in and out.
The waiting area has books and a little play gym for the ones who just can’t sit still!
My son breastfed, but they would always check to see if we needed formula samples.
The entire office is painted in crazy colors, which my son and every other kid in there seemed entertained by!
