I have a Sundance spa. It is beautiful. The installation was coordinated with the new deck and the service department was very accommodating with the installation. Also, the service rep has been available for newbie questions via text. I am complete thrilled so far.

Purchased a hot springs spa from this dealer. The spa has been complete junk. I have had to make at least 1 service call every year I’ve had it, sometimes multiple visits per year. It’s still under warranty so the parts are free but they still charge you a 150 $ fee to come out and do your warranty work. Rip off.
