We popped in looking for new phones in our quest to leave Sprint for Cricket. The worker was very helpful and knowledgeable. They didn’t have what we were looking for, but added our names to call list. They also have an updated list online too. Hoping to buy a phone there in the near future. I was impressed with how much the worker helped us and knew what he was talking about.

Bought a used iPhone 5c for $ 285. While there are a few dings on the exterior, the screen is fine and the unit functions well! The 30 day warranty really put me at ease. I’m glad I chose to buy a phone from this business!

Great service! I emailed several stores asking some advice and Brian replied promptly and helped me go from Android on Sprint to iPhone on Net10 with huge savings. I now have unlimited talk/​text/​internet for about $ 30 less per month. I also got a nice discounted Otter Box. They were busy on the weekend I was there before Christmas and the computers were down, but I thought the service was excellent. even though computer issues probably made it difficult for them. I would drive the 45 minutes again to go here. I already had the phone, and just needed the card so I didn’t look at any phone prices. They were very helpful.

He has gone out of his way to help me. It is hard to find good service, so I appreciate him being so diligent in contacting me.

A rip off! There are plenty of reputable companies to try, but I highly suggest avoiding this one for used cell phones. They sold me one with the wrong battery which took 2 weeks to discover, and then the phone would not work because it was not initially programmed and would not even dial *228. They do not check the products they sell, and then they do not stand behind their products.

I went to buy this phone for my wife since hers wasn’t under warranty. I found it from a post in Craigs listThe phone was fine, but the service was HORRIBLE and SCARY. I could barely find the place, and when the guy showed me the phone he almost lost his temper when I picked the phone off the wall to look at it. The phone was dead when i picked it up, so I asked if I could plug it in to look at it, the guy (tall, white, shaved head) started going off about CL and how its making people think hes trying to scam them. I replied that I just wanted to make sure it worked, he said that If I was going into Best Buy, I wouldn’t ask them to turn on the phone and that it was bull shit.
I told him that this wasn’t best buy, and that he was in the back of a building, he started screaming, «Back of a BUILDING!!!» And started clenching his fist like he was going to pummel me. I asked for a receipt and he yelled, «WHAT DO YOU THINK I’M PRINTING!?». This was a very scary experience, and I think im going to report it as well to the BBB. BEWARE!
Adding to this review, this guy is a liar and screams at his customers. Hopefully hes had some anger management classes since Ive been in there or out of business.
That phone that I purchased didnt work anyways, go figure.

Ok was TOTALLY leary when I felt like I had to sneak behind the Hertz counter and down the hall to find the little non-​store-​front store front. Its a small cell stop tucked inside the hertz building and around the corner.
Brian and Katie were awesome. I had them unlock my old blackjack to work with T-​mobile and realized a few days later the touch screen was broke. Went back in to get a new phone and have it unlocked. After looking at their H2O service i cut my bill down by $ 30 a month, got a palm treo for $ 65 and love my new phone, they even uploaded my contacts for me.
In the market for new service, new phone, or want to just have yours unlocked to go with a cheaper provided… slink down the hall!
