Jersey Mike’s Subs

The giant sub is massive. It’s 2 regular subs, so it’s lunch and dinner. Subs are all subjective. Some people like NY deli subs. Some people like Chicago hoagies. Some people like the west coast style subs. From a east coaster this was a decent sub. Taste great fresh. Taste great in the microwave the next day.

Best subs in town. Dibellas has nothing on this place. Come here for better sandwiches!

The service here is super fast! They are always wells staffed and the guys who work there are super friendly. Everything is fresh and tastes wonderful. Only once have I had an incorrect order. Otherwise they get it right!

My first time ever. The staff was great! Very welcoming but I was so disappointed by the Philly cheesesteak.

Super nice staff! Great food! I wish all restaurants were as thoughtful and kind to families with small children!

I frequent many Jersey Mikes and only once had a bad experience so far. I love several of their sandwiches. Service here was welcoming and chatty. Sandwich was great.

Great subs, very fresh. Always friendly especially today when I made a mistake on the sub I ordered, they remade it even though it was my fault. Great customer service! Thank you.

Great subs. Pretty fast. I like the mini Italian. It’s not that mini. You can pick and choose what you but I always have it «Mike’s way.»

I love jersey mikes but this store irritates me. ADD SOME MEAT! I pay $ 7 – 8 for a sub, give me more meat than lettuce. Not all stores are like this but this places seems to always disappoint me. My wife worked at one in TN and they never make a bad sub. It’s a manager problem with them not teaching them the, «mike’s way»

My favorite place to go and get a sandwich. I visit this place more than I’d like to admit. The meat is sliced in front of you, the bread is fresh as well as the topping. The service is really good as well. Mike way is the way to go, when getting a sub here!

My first Jersey Mike’s was out by Cherry Hill, NJ. Lots in New Jersey. I went into this one and have 5 starred other Jersey Mike’s. This one gets 2 stars for not one single salt packet in the place. I asked for salt packets for my roast beef and they don’t have any and the gal begrudgingly gave me their salt shaker behind the counter to use and give back. They don’t welcome you like other Mike’s. They placed my wrapped sub on spilled drink on the stainless steel counter. They just let you come in and the employees talk among each other and expect you to assert your order and then the gal appeared put-​off to enter my order. I’m really sorry, I apologize for bothering these employees. My apologies. (Ask them about the salt to verify, like I’m a liar.)

One of the best subs in the area. the meet is sliced as you order not sliced in a factory. also they load it on. you have more meat than the other place when you order double factory sliced…

This place has the best subs for the money! I will never eat at Subway again after eating at Jersey Mike’s. Service is usually great and the food is always good!

They even let me use a coupon I brought up on my phone although the coupon said I had to print it out.

My favorite sub place on the northside. What makes the sandwiches delicious is they cut the meat and the cheese fresh for each sandwich. I like the #7 (turkey & provolone). The #13 Italian is also good. Be sure to get it Mike’s way which comes with shredded lettuce, tomato, onion, vinegar, oil, salt, & pepper. The combination of the freshly cut meat and cheese with the Mike’s way toppings is splendid.
What makes this location even better is how friendly and skilled the staff is. They do a great job making the sandwiches and even how they bag them is neat to watch.

This is a greatest cold-​cut style sub place in town. Get the #12 Mike’s Way and a giant size. It is a great sandwich. The meat is cut right in front of you which I love.

5 star for the food. I had the # 4 cold Mike’s way extra wet and it was awesome. Wifey had the hot chicken phillie w/​shrooms and very good. We’ve been going to Jersey Mike’s southeast coast locations for over 20 years and like their food. I’ve highly recommended this location to my friends and coworkers as it’s the only one near Carmel.
So…why the 2 star rating?
Because management doesn’t appear to care one whit about restrooms (yes plural) cleanliness.
Massive FAIL
I frequent this store but am giving serious consideration to never returning — guess I should check out restrooms before I go through the line. Do the prep and storage areas suck this badly as well? I hope not. Do staff get trained on sanitation best practices? That thought certainly gives me pause.
I could probably get the standard canned response, «well, we were swamped» — but it was 2:00p on a Sunday with 5 ‘kids’ at the counter — yeah the Colts were playing (Detroit) but it wasn’t busy and they didn’t seem to care about the game. Either too many 2^nd lieutenants and no grunts or the cat’s away. Frankly there are no excuses for this — only reasons — and I’m still peeved 20 hours later.

Not a bad sub shop. The bread is fresh, they slice the meat and cheese when you order. Hot and cold subs. The Italian was delicious, had it served «Mike’s Way»
Fast and WAY better than Subway.
