I stopped in this store on my way out of town for a business trip. I had left my dress belt at home (of course!). I had never shopped in a Johnston and Murphy before, so I was not entirely sure what to expect. The gentleman at the counter greeted me and enthusiastically helped me find a replacement belt. While I was there I also found some shirts and socks I liked. These are probably the softest athletic socks I’ve ever worn, I’m hooked! I tried packing everything I bought into my bag but could not fit anything extra, the sales associate offered to ship them to me for free. Great service all around, Ill be sure to stop by whenever I’m in the airport in the future.
