Worst… worst.:worst ever, would not even give ½ a star, last week did the drive thru for Taco Bell and was shorted food so had to wait in line for 20 min to get missing food so needless to say it was all cold, dumb us decided to give them a 2nd chance with the KFC side and only to get home to discover our all white meat meals were mixed how incompetent can one place be… not the first or second time we’ve had an issue but pretty much every time… our bad thinking Taco Bell or KFC can hire competent employees that can fill orders that they repeat before filling.

You get what you pay for… Huh… So we went to this KFC/​Taco Bell and when we got home we discovered that we were charged for a quesadilla that was not in the bag. I tried not to immediately freak out however, what the heck???
I didn’t want things to get to me so, I calmed down so that I could eat my biscuits only to find there was NO HONEY in the bag. There was however over 30 packets of hot and mild sauce but no honey. I was at a loss for words. So I did what any disgruntled customer would do and I called the phone number on the receipt. Twice. I was going to have a friend who was on her way to my house pick up the quesadilla but The second time I called, I realized it was a fax machine number. NICE MOVE. So we now have to drive back to get the quesadilla. #frustrated.

This is a KFC/​Taco Bell combo location. I have eaten here a few times, mostly carry-​out. The staff has always been polite and fast. The chicken received has always been fresh and hot. And the dining area has always been relatively clean when I have eaten there.
