Vastly improved service the past six months. No longer do attach members test you like a nuisance.

For the longest time, this McDonalds earned the terrible reputation it has on Unilocal. However, I wanted to post this review to mention that over the past five or six months, something has happened and the customer service has greatly improved. The new staff here, unlike the previous, do not act like its a chore to serve you. And it’s been forever since they’ve gotten my order wrong.

Possibly the worst McDonalds in America. I’d say world, but there is 1 that’s worse in Jamaica. Unfortunately it’s on my way to work and drive past it all the time with my kids. I have been forced to stop in there many times because of children. The staff are idiots. When I watch the news and think about all the discussion of them wanting $ 15/hr, I immediately think of that location and think of how horrible that would be. If employees at that location made $ 15/hr, then every other American should make $ 60/hr +. One time I waited for about 15 minutes in the«reserved» parking area. As the 15 year old employee was brining me my food, they saw a friend driving by and decided to stop off and chat with them while holding my food. I got out of my car and headed that way. When I started to complain to her, her answer to me was that I should call the 800 number on my receipt and complain there. I feel that many Americans have lost their common sense, and when that happens, I feel that this McDonalds hires them. Good luck should you choose to go here. Don’t say we didn’t warn you.

Ate there today with my 3 kids under 5. The service was not only fast, but everyone was super polite and kind. The manager brought our food to our table. Another young lady helped with a small mess I had made. And one of the other staff was super helpful in assisting my girls while I was helping clean up the mess. Not only that, my food was hot when we got it and everything was as we ordered. I was super impressed and blessed by the wonderful service.

This is the worst location I have ever been in. The drive thru is slow and my order is almost always wrong(likely because there are at least 2 associates in the weekday morning drive thru that don’t speak much English, if any at all) even though I have always ordered directly off the menu without changes. I personally know a family who got food poisoning(clinically diagnosed in the hospital, legit salmonella poisoning) from this location last winter and I have not been back since. Don’t risk your health or frustration.

One of the worst McDonalds I have been forced to use. Makes the entire Pendleton Pike area feel more ghetto than it actually is. A terrible embarrassment that should not be funded by local dollars. The staff is rude and forgets items more than seems humanly possible. I was once told to wait at one of the parking signs for my order, and when I walked in 10min later to ask where my food was they didn’t even know who I was and never made my order in the first place. Oh, and to top it all off, they have the arrogance to charge extra for sauces while they are forgetting to wrap a napkin around a cone(if the machine is on). Do not go here.

Absolutely terrible! I live a few blocks away and have been here easily a dozen times. More often than not they get the order wrong. Staff is among the worst I have ever encountered. I can appreciate that a job at McDonald’s is crap, and that expectations should be set accordingly, but I’m talking conscious-decision-to-be-obnoxious kind of bad. I kept going back because they’re close and they’re 24 hours, but the last time I went I saw their restroom. I won’t be back. Ever. Go next door to the gas station and get a day-old hot dog that’s been on the spinning machine before you go here. WORST MCDONALDS EVER

I know just about every restaurant, fast food joint and greasy spoon has some kind of pest problem; mice, roaches, something. But a CLEAN establishment does what it can to get rid of them. And most of the time you don’t see them in the dining area. I was doing some work here on my laptop one afternoon and saw roaches crawling on the wall INBROADDAYLIGHT. When I said something to the management, they didn’t seem concerned. When I tweeted it out and hashtagged McDonald’s so that they’d see it, someone from the company sent me a direct message asking me which McDonald’s it was. Alright, so we’re getting somewhere, right? Nope. He wanted to send me some coupons for free food at that McDonalds. DUDE, I JUSTSAWROACHESONTHEWALL, I AMNOTEATINGTHERE! I MAYBEFATBUT I DON’T CAREIFIT’S FREE, THEREAREROACHESONTHEWALL!!! Be afraid. Be VERY afraid!!! Ugh!
