The menu isn’t my favorite, but it is tasty. I do wish they had better beverages and also maybe more nutritional information regarding protein and carbs like they have at Noodles. The really cool coke machine would be a nice touch at Panera.

I generally love all Panera restaurants due to the consistency of food presentation. Service is a wild card, but I can’t say I’ve every had really bad service at one. I will not be returning here. I ordered a pick two with a classic grilled cheese & creamy tomato soup with chips. When I received my order, the grilled cheese was barely toasted on one side, the tomato soup was barely warm & there was a baguette instead of chips. I told the counter person I asked for chips instead of bread & she simply showed me the receipt and said, «no, you ordered bread.» Sensing I wasn’t going to win this discussion, I sat down to choke down the meal that was nothing like it should have been. As far as service before the food was presented, the cashier never greeted me so I was left standing there wondering if I should start ordering or what. Then she seemed to get an attitude when I did tell her my order. As I said, I will no longer visit this particular Panera. Subpar customer service and mediocre food. Also, the dining room was not tidy & was not in the process of being tidied, but there were two Panera associates standing at the pop machine talking for a great period of time. I edited this review to add that in addition to the above grievances, they were out of sweet tea AND when we picked up our food, they had placed my soup with my husband’s sandwich and his on mine. The place is clearly a hot mess.

I come here very often for breakfast and lunch since I work few stores down at European Wax Center. The customer service here is phenomenal! The staff is so friendly and they’re always treating me like family. Love it here! :)

I have been to this Panera location twice now. The first time was a flop, and I decided I wouldn’t return. After the gym last night, I wanted something quick to eat for dinner that wasn’t horrible for me so I decided to give this place another try. Everything seemed fine when I got home with the food I had bought for my 2 year old and I. I ordered the kids Mac and cheese for her, and the baked potato soup and half grilled cheese sandwich for myself. Everything seemed fine until halfway through my soup when I stirred it. I picked my spoon up confused at what I was looking at, and realized it was a long piece of cellophane. A huge piece of plastic just mixed into my soup. Thankfully it was my food, and not in my 2 year olds. How does that even happen? I won’t ever return here.

What can you say? It’s a Panera. Nothing standout good or standout bad. A bit smaller than the one off Allisonville, but at least you can walk to Trader Joe’s before or after this one. I will say, I’m recently loving the black cherry smoothies – dunno if I’ve had a better smoothie anywhere, to be honest…

This is the worst Panera I’ve ever been to. They didn’t have the peanut sauce for my shrimp salad, I wasn’t greeted when I walked in, my tomato mozzarella had barely any cheese, the place was filthy with holes in the walls and a bag patching the ceiling, and the butter was kept warm and under the condiment bar. Disgusting.

I had the turkey breast sandwich which consisted of a piece of luncheon meat pressed turkey folded over on a piece of bread(½ a sandwich) and a cup of soup(chicken noodle). I asked for grilled cheese since the turkey looked bad(sorry I try to avoid luncheon meat). Grilled cheese excellent. However, for almost $ 7 I won’t be running back. I do like that they post the calories for each item and the service was good. Very noisy though.

Stopped at this panera on our way through Indianapolis. I always order the frontega chicken sandwich and around the country it’s made the same– always delicious. This panera managed to mess it up. They grilled it for maybe one second so the cheese wasn’t melted and then insisted it was perfect when I asked them to fix it. They were cheap with the ingredients so that it was mostly a cold bread sandwich. I also got a Greek salad which they managed to also make with the wrong ingredients. And they refused to acknowledge any mistake. Unbelievable. They need to have all of their employees retrained in customer service and company standards. Avoid if possible

When pulling up to this Panera today, I had to do a double take… a Panera with a drive thru? Were my eyes deceiving me? Or had I just not been paying attention all these times I’ve visited other Paneras and they all have drive thrus? I asked the cashier and she said they were the only one in the area with one. I can only imagine what a cluster that is during the weekend or lunch hours. So I choose to not be lazy and walk on it. You can’t beat their My Panera rewards program, the fact they list the calorie content on the menu and free Wi Fi. Plus now when you log in, they give you tips on how to be considerate at Panera(don’t hog a table or take up a four op when it’s just you) I love that Panera is schooling people on how to be polite, that just gave them an extra star in my book.

Overpriced, bland, unhealthy options for lunch/dinner. Sorry but I KNOW most of their food comes to them frozen and they simply reheat. Not how I want to spend my hard earned money. I admit I do like their bagels and coffee on the way to work, but not enough to give them 3 stars.

I go to this Panera quite often and they consistently deliver quality food and service. The employees are some of the friendliest food workers I have ever encountered. The store is always clean and the prices are cheap. What more can you ask for??? A few of my favorites: *French onion soup *Cobb salad OR Caesar salad(get a few extra croutons, they are DEE-LISH) *Broccoli cheese soup in a bread bowl *Egg soufflé(breakfast only) *Asiago bagel(BEST bagel, by far!)

This is right next to where I work, so it’s a natural choice on days I don’t bring my lunch… I love their French onion soup. When it’s lunch/dinner time, the lines can move pretty slowly, but generally things are efficient and quick.

Stopped by for take-out after just arriving in town. Food was good. Ordered the turkey sandwich and a side Caesar. When I ordered the combo, the woman asked me if I wanted bread, chips or an apple with that. Wasn’t sure I heard her correctly. Bread with my sandwich? Don’t get me wrong… I love carbs. But even I knew that a sandwich(which I assumed came on bread, hence the name) and bread on the side was too much. Like at restaurants where you order a pasta dish and the options for sides include rice or potatoes. Just struck me as funny, I guess…

J just woke me up and the first thing he said to me was«I have something for you.» He stuffed some potato sausage soufflé in my mouth from Panera(not what all you naughty Unilocalers thought). I didn’t even have time to rub the crust from my eyes but my taste buds were going crazy. Honestly, I was a little too out of it to recall the textures and flavors, I just remember it being really good. I haven’t been to Panera yet, we don’t have those in Hawaii, but I can’t wait to go. So far from what I have tasted, I’m giving this place at least a 4. I would give it a 5 but I don’t want to get my hopes up. I’m going to update this after I get to actually eat there but the soufflé is so good I had to write something! I also have to reconsider my relationship with J because he only brought one soufflé home for himself…

We just spent four days in Indianapolis dealing with a family emergency, and this Panera Bread was fairly near where we stayed. We’ve always liked Panera Bread, since every single one we’ve ever visited has had good food & coffee, pleasant workers, lots of seating and free wireless. This particular Panera Bread, however, was the best we’ve EVER been to — and it was due in particular to the wonderful assistant manager(Eric) who was working on all four days we went there. He was a *super*-nice person, and so was another assistant manager who worked on one of the days. In addition, all of the other workers seemed exceptionally pleasant. Another nice thing about this particular Panera Bread is the seating arrangement, including three comfortable chairs by a fireplace. (Update on 7÷11÷12): We had lunch there yesterday and everything was as wonderful as our last visit — including another terrific manager, and a very sweet-natured elderly man who took our order. We both got a turkey artichoke panini(really tasty).
