Pizza Hut

For a large pizza chain to do this pool is strange. They have a great product if the cooks put it together correctly.
Guys dropping the F bomb in back was fun.

This is quite literally the worst Pizza Hut I have ever ordered from in my life. If you’re busy, your kids are hungry and you want a quick dinner – do not count on this Pizza Hut to deliver to you either at all or on time. If or when they deliver, your pizza will arrive cold and stale.
They promised my order would arrive in 35 minutes, 2 hours later there was still no pizza. I live 3 miles away. My kids and husband were still hungry and I was running late from work. I called Pizza Hut only to be told that my card had allegedly been declined. Why didn’t they call me back to tell me? In a panic I checked my account and there was of course plenty of money in it. I talked to their manager and he said his employee had called me, NOPE! NOT A SINGLE MISSED CALL! Because something like this had happened before (but my children love Pizza Hut) I asked for their franchise owners number. Instead I was given a fake phone number and had to call them back until an employee gave it to me who apologized on the other persons behalf. When I called the franchise owner, he promised he would investigate the issue and call me back but of course, I did not get a call back. As anyone who knows about business has learned, a functioning business starts at great leadership – something this Pizza Hut seriously lacks. I wouldn’t recommend this Pizza Hut to my greatest enemy. You’re better off ordering from somewhere else, seriously.

This Pizza Hut is a little hole in the wall that is easily unseen, but they serve up pizzas that are decent and delicious. The Pizza Hut is very small inside, almost completely made for carry-​out orders only. Every time I’ve picked up there’s been a wait inside, but the food is always good. Definitely call ahead more than usual for this place – as the only Hut in the area, I think it gets bombarded a lot with orders, which slows the process down. The employees I’ve encountered have all been nice enough, and as I mentioned before, the food has always been good, too. Definitely call ahead as to not wait as much. Going in and paying is simple, but the parking lot is a nightmare. The parking lot in the strip mall is so small and sharing it with the other businesses makes it a real chore to park and get out. They do deliver, so depending on your mood and level of frustration, perhaps get that pizza delivered.

I guess it’s just about what you would expect from Pizza Hut. There’s a lot of negative reviews about the delivery service, but I got carry out and it was okay. It’s a small place so I had to be awkwardly close to the people in front of me, but it only lasted for a few minutes. I think the gentleman waiting in front of me was wearing Old Spice… so that’s nice. The pizza was warm when I got it home. Which is good considering my girlfriend had me running all over town for God knows what. I took my first bite and it reminded me of my first time… my first time having stuffed crust. Do you remember the Dennis Rodman commercial? They really thought people were going to eat the crust first?!? It sounds like a good idea, but it’s not. Anyways… I ate the whole pizza (save a slice or two) in one sitting. I completely gorged myself and I liked it. Will probably go again if my girlfriend doesn’t make me go on that diet she’s been talking about. I hate quinoa.

Totally unimpressed for a Pizza Hut. Was looking for a quick lunch and instead got poor service, food that I don’t believe was fully cooked, and a generally crappy experience. I’m not hard to please, it was just that bad.

OMG– I wish I could put «negative stars» on this place. I ordered a pizza special online at 8:37pm. At the completion of my order it read my delivery would be at my home at 9:07. It’s a Friday night so I figured it may be a bit longer. its cool, ya know. At 9:35 I called and this CLUELESS individual asks me «What’s wrong… is it not there yet?» *crickets*!! «No it isn’t how much longer?» The guy assures me its on its way after putting me on hold for 5mins. My hubby calls back (y’all in trouble now!!) and asks for the mgmr and she says…(get this) «We don’t see your order in the system» I had. and still do have the email confirmation with customer number. Luckily we were gonna pay cash and there’s no threat of my CC being used. Very, very disappointed tonight! Will not return to this location

No stars! I don’t understand why I am here! I ordered a pizza an hour ago. I got a phone call 30 minutes later telling me that there were no delivery drivers and if I would pick it up. Fine. I am here. Waiting. They ran out of the pizza I order at 2 pm. Then why did you call and tell me to pick it up? They haven’t even made it. I’m sitting here waiting. The manger has not talked to me or apologized. There is no offer to fix things other than a girl is trying to make the pizza with what they have. Okay, but why am I here?

I ordered pizza online, I have no idea if they even charged my card. 15 minutes later I got a call that they didn’t have the ingredients to make my pizza! I asked if they charged my card, and they spent 10 minutes trying to figure out if they’d charged my card or not, repeatedly picking up the phone to ask if I was still there. Still haven’t found out if they charged my card.

2^nd, and last time I will ever order from here.
Ordered the dinner box.
Pizza was soggy from oil, very undercooked. As were the breadsticks.
Marinara sauce was watered down. Literally had more resemblance to soup than sauce. Extremely disappointing. No restaurant should EVER do this to their customers.
Your money will be better spent elsewhere.

Worst. Experience. Ever. I will never order from this place again. It took 2.5 hours to get my pizza and when it arrived it was cold. I had to call 3 times to even get an answer on when it would be there. The staff was unapologetic and now it’s almost 10p and I have nothing to eat. And honestly, this post can’t even begin to describe how horrible the service and experience was. Order from somewhere else…

I still cannot believe what just happened while trying to order pizza from this Pizza Hut. Yes, it’s Super Bowl Sunday, but the man who tried to place our order kept us on the phone for over 15 minutes and never got our order right. He paused for a good 30 seconds after each item we ordered and then read it back and it was completely wrong. We went back and forth this way for about 15 minutes and then we finally asked what was taking so long and if it would be better if we ordered online. He immediately said, yeah you should just order online and hung up. Please avoid this Pizza Hut — I am just baffled. The only explanation is that this man was high. Awesome service guys…
