We went here while some family was in town. It was super busy but the service was attentive and punctual. I got the make your own calzone which was awesome. Perfect place for families with small children. I would definitely go back.

As someone who cooks and appreciates fresh ingredients, this place is awesome. Lots of TLC in the food and always friendly service. The ultimate warrior, bread and pasta are always on point. I will go an extra hour or two at the gym to enjoy this place anytime.

Aside from the weird name(I thought it was a dentist at first) this place has good pizza. My only complaint is that they don’t sell wings! People love pizza and wings! Myself included… I would have given them 5 stars but they are lacking the wings on the menu. Otherwise, everything I have eaten here is great. Delivery is also extremely fast. Add wings to the menu please!

Food was good(5-stars) but trying to get separate checks for a group of 6 was a total pain in the ass. We had to divide it up on our own and fix numerous errors on the check.(–3 stars).

If I could rate a Negative on your scale… I would! If you want a good meal experience, AVOID the 86th& Ditch location. POOR service by extremely rude waiter Patrick, Cold Entrée, charged $ 3.95 Extra for bread(altho the menu stated it came with the lasagna $ 10.95)…who does that? Husband & I have patronized this place on many occasions but last nite is our last. Manager offered us Gift Cards… rejected…what part of we will NOT be returning don’t you understand? Wasn’t about a free meal.

Yummy. I love this place! Their pizzas are delicious as well as creative and unique. I’ve had them to go, and I’ve had them dining in. The service is always friendly and pretty fast. No complaints about Puccini’s. It’s my first choice for pizza, though it isn’t particularly cheap.

Puccini’s Smiling Teeth is that rarity that is both a «local» joint and a small chain of restaurants. Started in 1991 with a spot in the Greenbriar area of Indianapolis and followed shortly by this location, Puccini’s now has more than a dozen locations in Indiana and Kentucky and was really part of that first wave of slightly more upscale pizza options in Central Indiana that has really exploded in the last few years. Yeah, I remember a time when Puccini’s was mentioned alongside Bazbeaux, another of Indy’s earliest players on the more upscale pizza scene. Of course, as other players came along it seemed like you began hearing less and less about Puccini’s. With this location just about a block away from Indy’s first Giordano’s spot, it’s not wondering hard if that Chicago institution will steal the spotlight away from Puccini’s. Puccini’s is located in a strip center and is what I’d call a mid-scale Italian restaurant more along the lines of a place like Some Guys. They have appetizers, pizza, calzones, gluten free options, chicken dinners, pasta dinners, sandwiches, soups/salads, a kids’ menu, and a fairly new beer menu. As you enter their space, you arrive in a dining room with booths along the side and tables in the middle of the modestly sized yet decently spaced restaurant. They also offer delivery with a $ 2.50 delivery charge and a $ 10 minimum. I immediately appreciated that they offer a pizza size perfect for one person that starts at $ 5.40 for cheese and goes up according to toppings. As I tend to be a fairly basic eater, I ordered a small sausage pizza along with a ½ order of garlic bread($ 1.85) and my usual unsweetened iced tea. The ½ order of garlic bread includes three pieces, though I would note that they are fairly small pieces and I was a bit tempted to go for the full order at $ 3.70. My entire meal was just over $ 11. It was a good value and I’d easily order it again, though I will also admit that my first thought as I was done was that it was hard to believe it had once been considered one of Indy’s best pizzas. Good? Yep. One of the best? Nope. When you get a little more experimental here, you also start landing among their prize-winning pies including their signature Campfire Pie topped with smoked sausage, sweet onion marmalade, gorgonzola and fresh rosemary with a small running $ 7.95. Service was solid despite the fact that I arrived in the early evening hours and right at a shift change. When I arrived, I was the only one in the restaurant but that was quickly changing by the time I left. I did get an iced tea refill, though I did have to ask for it. The décor at Puccini’s is casual yet inviting. While I do remember thinking to myself«the front door seems awfully dirty,» the interior was fine and I felt comfortable and relaxed and enjoyed my meal. I really bounced around how to rate Puccini’s, a place I’d only visited one other time and a place that struck me as «good» in just about every way but didn’t really stand out for me in any way. The pizza itself was good, but not particularly memorable. The serving size worked well and I didn’t feel overly stuffed. The garlic bread was a touch disappointing, mostly in terms of order size, but the taste was good and I sure didn’t regret ordering it. That was pretty much it for me. Puccini’s was good and I would definitely visit again, but it would likely be more for the atmosphere and service than the food itself. I enjoyed this meal, but with the Indy pizza landscape having grown so much in recent years I’ll admit that I was hoping for a bit better of an experience.

The good: — the salads were fantastic.(We especially loved the homemade Italian) — the twice baked pizza made a delicious appetizer –my drink was never empty –very reasonable prices The bad: — our entrées were just okay(chicken parm & chicken marsala) — it took 25 minutes after our appetizer was finished to get our entrées — the bread was disposed of and none was available to go with our dinner

Great pizza joint with a great variety of food. My husband and I are currently addicted to the shrimp santori pizza and the linguini with clams. We are also big fans of the calzones with my favorite being chicken bada bing and his the meatball. They also have a nice selection of wine and beer. My 2 ½ year old likes the art work and we like that the kids menu has several options for him. We enjoyed going her pre-children and now find it a great family friendly place.

Puccini’s is a family favorite for us! I haven’t had a pizza there I didn’t like. The Campfire is my favorite, the hubs loves the BLT pizza. We also always get a house salad because the house dressing is delish. Local beer as an option is always good for me and the laid back environment is great when you have two toddlers!

The price is right at Puccini’s. Not an upscale Italian restaurant by any means, but good food. I have always loved their salads — there is something about their shredded cheese, black olives and house dressing. I most recently came here the night before running the Mini Marathon to carb load and they more than delivered. All pasta meals come with a salad and garlic bread(I think I ate the whole basket) so I think you get a good value for what you pay for. The Diavolo is a favorite pasta dish of mine. I’ve also enjoyed the Basil Pesto and Vodka Cream Sauce. I know a lot of people love their pizza — it is not one of my favorites so my recommendation is to stick to their pasta. I have always wanted to, but never have, come in for their lunch special — slice of pizza, salad and a drink for around $ 8. Next time I am up in the Keystone at the Crossing area around lunchtime, that is a must.

I was there celebrating a birthday of a friend one night. While I understood why it took time to find clear off enough tables to fit 15 people, I feel that they could have found one more table so that we weren’t so crammed together. I ordered lemonade to drink and it was very good, plus the server kept up with refills in a very efficient matter. The side salad was excellent with a creamy herb ranch dressing. However the garlic bread just looked like three small pieces of dry toast with barely a hint of butter or garlic. The entrée of linguini with white clam sauce was very good. Even though I found it interesting to put the clams in the dish while still in their shells, it was tedious to have to remove all of the shells. When I was almost done with the dish, I started finding bits of shell in each bite. I would still return to eat here, but I won’t be getting their linguini with clam sauce and ‘garlic bread’ again.

Came in, employee seated us and gave us menus. More than ten minutes passed, and no waiters or waitresses stopped by or even acknowledged us. Others who came in after us got service. We let the manager, Josh, know. He offered to get us a waiter, but it was too little too late. We’ll take our business somewhere that cares. Normally have been happy here with food and service, but this experience has really soured us. If we make it back, it won’t be for a long time.

If I could rate 0 stars, I definitely would for this particular location. We have been to the location in Geist, and it was great: great service, great food, just a wonderful overall experience. However, that was certainly not the case at this particular location. Not only did we wait well over 10 minutes just to even be asked about our drinks, but then it took even longer to actually get those drinks. There were only two cooks and two waitresses. Numerous times throughout eating here, we saw the cook on his phone in the back as if he could care less when the pizza was getting done or anything about our orders. appetizer we order didn’t even come out until the actual meals did. And numerous times, our waitress walked past us just observing the dining area, looking at all the tables, and not actually checking on any of those table she was observing. Just really lackluster service, mediocre food, and doesn’t even begin to compare to the Puccini’s in Geist. Definitely avoid this place, and if you really want to try Puccini’s, make sure it’s the much better location in Geist.

Planned to go to newly opened Giordanos but with a wait of 2.5 hours decided to look for some other pizza place close to it. Found Puccinis with good reviews. Result– I am glad there was a wait at Giordanos. The pizza at Puccinis is the best I have ever had. The appetizers I tried — cheese garlic bread and spinach & artichoke dip were great too. Giordanos is nowhere close. Will visit again. Great food and great service.

Overall: Puccini’s is a great place for a homey, easy going Italian meal. Great food, good prices, and a fun experience overall. The good: The food is fantastic, I’ve never had a bad meal. Bread is great, pasta and pizzas and calzones are tasty, salads are hearty and delicious… seriously everything is good. Service is usually fast and friendly and attentive. Clean, comfy atmosphere. The bad: Sometimes the wait can take forever! Atmosphere: 9⁄10 Service: 9⁄10 Food: 9⁄10

This is award winning pizza… LOL. We got a Bill(formerly known as Steve). After 1:25 we got our pie and beyond dissappointed in chewy dough which explains why it wasnt cut. Pizza rivals little Caesers in crust and amount of toppings. Taste is similar sweet sauce… Are there minus stars for variance between expectations and reality? Stop marketing award winning as youre a dive shop.

I work with the managers, Andy and Nick when I have to order food for clients in Indianapolis. They are extremely friendly, helpful and quick to accommodate my every need to ensure my clients are satisfied with their lunches. I get excellent feedback every time I use Puccinis in Clearwater and it doesn’t hurt that the ordering process is such a breeze. They are on time and provide consistent good quality food. Everything I could hope for when catering a lunch, I just wish I could taste the food myself!
